yay thx ganz! i got a bunny ear wig thingy and a arabian princess top i think. oh and also yesterday me and my friend were trying to get to each others houses with party packs but when we invited each other it didnt work like when i invited her and she came when i clicked start party it didnt work. then she tried to invite me to a party and i didnt get an invitation. does anybody know why this happened? i hadnt used party packs in a while and my friend hadnt played webkinz in a while so can somebody please tell me what went wrong?

hey sally webkinz?when ig ot kinz valley home i was really excited.somehow,though,i can not find it anywhere in my dock.this really annoys me because it was such a nice gift.how do i get it back?
You will find it in your Kinzville Map dock :) The Kinz Valley Home can be placed on your Kinzville Map.
Sally Webkinz, I was wondering if I still get my mystery bag even though I can’t log into my computer? I would really like to receive my gift. My computer is being fixed, and I was having trouble logging in as well. Thanks for the help.
I can login on the mobile site, does that count? If not what do I do?
Yes, you will receive the gift if you log in from the mobile app.
If you have access to the mobile app, you will receive the gift on login as long you log in by the 16th.
I logged in to all 9 of my accounts yesterday and got nothing. Is this only for certain people???

Well Sally it looks like I don’t deserve to get them. This is the standard reply I get every time I contact Ganz about a missing item. I have been playing Webkinz since 2006 and I brought in many many new players back in the day and I am still a loyal player who has 9 accounts, one Deluxe account and an estore account where I buy several hundred thousand estore points per year and I still can not get good customer service or a free gift bag. This happened with the last free giveaway as well. I think I need to rethink the hundreds of dollars I spend with Ganz per year and my loyalty to you. Apparently the loyalty is not reciprocated. Thank you for your question. You had an issue with receiving a prize from Webkinz World. If you did not receive your prize please make sure to check your dock for the item.
Please try to log out of your account and then back into your account. Oftentimes there is no pop up notification of prize receipt and the 2017 Spring Mystery Clothing Bag was deposited in the dock.
Please be advised that, as stated in our User Agreement, the website and all materials contained on it are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Any lost or missing items resulting from a minor anomaly on the website will NOT be awarded.
For more information please refer to the User Agreement located on the main Webkinz homepage. We are aware that sometimes technical problems do arise while using the website and we continue to address these issues.

I would also like to say thanks although I wish I knew what it was. When I clicked on it the pop up was empty and nothing showed up in my “new” items either. If everyone got the same item maybe someone could tell me what it is. If everyone’s was different I guess what I received will be a forever mystery.
It is a gift bag that you drop into your room and then it opens…you should see your gift.
Dude – it looks like a purple-ish shopping bag. It ought to be in your “special items” tab. Drag it to your room and it will pop open. I think the items were all different little things. so can’t tell you what you’d get. If you really think you didn’t get one, write to customer service – they can check your account for you!
