Look For Lucky Coins March 9 – 17

The Lucky Coin event will be back this year with 2 brand new coins to collect. Here’s how to play: From March 9 – 17, look for the floating coin box in Webkinz World and click on it to get a coin (limited to 5 coins per day, 7 for Deluxe players):

There are 10 coins to collect. 6 of the coins are Chocolate Colored Jelly Coins that can be fed to your pet. The other 4 coins are special KinzCash collector coins featuring Lucky the Leprechaun!

You can sell Lucky Coins at the W-Shop for KinzCash but, seeing as they are hard to find, you may just want to hold on to them instead! You’ll also get a special place to store them if you log into your Webkinz account on March 17th.

Wow the Emerald 1,000 KC coin is beauteous and graceful! I wish I had it. I love the way it glares! It’s a definite coin! And yes, I was looked in a thesaurus when I typed this.

Cool! I have the jelly coins, but I’m always happy to have more kinzcash! ;)

Ooh! Also, I wonder if that chocolate coin (gelt) is edible…? XD

    • dixiecup says:

When I click on the star in my dock it shows that the chocolate coin is not edible. I don’t find it in my food dock, either. It only shows as a special gift like the tokens or other coins. So, I guess it’s an either/or you could put in your Mishloach Manos basket for Purim (though it’s a little late, now)

That’s a great idea dixiecup, and there’s always next year. FoxesRule612 could store it in a fridge or the cool new collection coin box until then!

Ahhhh I really wish I could’ve made hamantashen this year D= I was so busy I totally forgot about Purim!! Shame on me!

        • animalsmatter1 says:

Yum! I love hamantashen. I haven’t had it it years; a friend’s mom used to bake it from scratch and it was amazing! I have been thinking about it ever since someone, perhaps, FoxesRule, posted that “Trendz” outfit reminded them of Purim…. LOL! Now I’m craving that wonderful pastry—and I was at the store today, and the bakery didn’t have any. I don’t even think they knew what I was talking about. lol

          • dixiecup says:

There are some really easy recipes out there for Hamantaschen. Look for Easiest Hamantaschen recipe. It literally takes minutes to make. And if you want a ready made filling, try Nutella. It’s perfect!

Lol dang I was wondering why I couldn’t find any coins today! Now I know why! XD

    • dixiecup says:

Actually, if you have left over boxes from last years promo they are giving out the new coins. I have won both the Chocolate and the emerald coins in a few of the boxes I have opened.

Will there be any collecting shamrocks for March or something in that nature like collect valentines in February or collect candy canes in December?

hey all–some advice before you waste real dollars at the estore as i just did–leprechaun pot ($4 if deluxe, more if not) biggest ripoff in estore history–got very old non-tradeable of which i already have multiples, and the same icky green couch i won here from the sweet dolphin this morning…shame on me for spending my money & best to all of you, -k.

    • lalaland1234 says:

      wow! That’s sad

    • Ellen1970 says:

I bought a floating coin box and all I got was a chocolate dipped coin. what a waste of e-money!

    • dixiecup says:

Yes, thanks for the heads up. They show that sweet racing car in the ads so it kind of reminds me of that klaw machine that has that ONE sweet prize and if you’re just a little luckier than most, it might be yours to take home.

    • 1Emerald1 says:

Thanks, kaye10, I’m always cautious of those “surprise” items for this very reason. I do sometimes buy things like the Winterfest cookies IF I like all the possibilities in the prize pool, which was the case this year, and I was super-happy with what I got. But my funds for estore points are extremely limited so sometimes I don’t take the risk on stuff like this.

Ah, yes!!! Coin storage! I’ve wanted coin storage for ages! (Mainly so that I can have a place to store my coin collection.)

  8. _emiemiemiemiemi_ says:

Oh cool! I like the 1000 KC coin. ;D I wonder what the Leprechaun collection prize will be though.. there is a prize, right?
