I still cannot watch all of the video in the first Lorax quest. I’m usually a very patient person, but this video hasn’t worked sinced day 1. Is there any idea when this will be fixed?

I can’t even play this game! I am helping a friend stay current with her account and can play Lorax on her account, but I cannot play Lorax on my account. What’s up with that?
I still do not have access to the Lorax AdventurePark. The sentence is in the Daily Activities box but no button to push to access it!Please fix this.
