Can anyone help me with the lorax quest?I did 3/5 and can’t go any farther.It just keeps telling me to watch the video and give my friend a seed.It also has a green check mark ,as in its complete.Please help-I’m stuck. :)

The video at the end of the quest doesn’t work! I watch it, answer all the questions correctly but then the little video screen goes blank and no prize. >:Z My brother tried it on his account and it didn’t work either. I hope this gets fixed ASAP! We have not blocked any ads so its not OUR fault. Please fix this Ganz!!

called webkinz about the problem with the quest and they got it all fixed and got me pass the video problem so call them and they can help you

I’ve treid visiting him in Adventure Park… he isn’t there! I did the Valentine quests all the way through… so this one should work too! :( I’m really dissipointed that there’s a glitch and I don’t get to partiscipate!!!! Boo Hoo!
I have gone to adventure park to do the quest since the 16th and am unable to find quest. When I look in the quest book it shows nothing. I thought I had to complete the valentine’s quest first, which I have done and still no quest available. Also, I am bummed out I’ve been on every day and still have not found a floating head. I thought “is something wrong in adventure land and the quest did I misread…I can’t be the only one experiencing this problem” How does this get fixed, what do I look for….I so want to play!!!!!
Others are having problems too, from what I’ve read, any and all help is appreciated.
The adventure park lorax quest is fun until you get to the video challenge. Then it locks up or freezes at the end of the video and you cannot go any further. I hope this is fixed soon. I have completed one quest but it never awards the prize.
Im Having the same issue!! ugh why wont it work?? both wont work for me.
