Once again Webkinz has disappointed. Both quest require you to watch a video. No problem doing all the steps until then. The videos usually work on my computer, but not on the quests. I have my pop-ups and ads enabled, the box shows up, but the video just does not come across. I tried updating programs, clearing cache, and even downloading Fire Fox as advised all to no avail. I think We will miss webkinz when our accounts expire later this year, but I don’t plan on paying for this kind of dissapointment. Why don’t they test these things better before getting the kids hopes up!

I too have NOT received a gift box for logging in today! Has anyone received a gift box for logging in after 8 am??? Also, I click on the floating Lorax every time he crosses the screen but all I’ve got is marshmallows – I almost have 30! Is that right?

I got my gift, it was a Lorax moustache. Haven’t been able to complete the video challenges in the Lorax quests though, we don’t block third party ads so I don’t know why I can’t complete the video challenges. I’ve also clicked on the floating Lorax in Webkinz world several times (my brother and I both have) and all we’ve gotten are marshmallows. No exclusive prizes at all. :(
Have you played around with browsers? I have used Google Chrome, Firefox, & SeaMonkey at different times to get through Adventure Park. Plus I make sure my dock is not loaded and I use a character with no clothes. Not sure if any of it made a difference but that is what I did.
Just wanted to add, I am using Internet Explorer now because that is what works in the clubhouse with the Mirror challenge.
It shouldn’t be this hard. Not cool webkins!
