Hi ALI4499 If you are having issues with your account and you are locked out you need to send an email to http://www.webkinzsupport@ganz.com Let them know what the problem is in your email they are usually quick getting the problem fixed.
The good news is that you just have to PLAY the game, not do well!!! In fact, if we are terrible at one, we can play it a LOT more times in a few minutes. ;)
