Heads up, Webkinz won’t work on Firefox for me! It’s on the newest version, flash is enabled, but when it automatically directs me to my house, everything glitches! Once I got to the things to do menu, and everything but the Kinzville park, Clubhouse, and my home worked!!!
Firefox has a history of not being able to support Webkinz well. I would switch to Chrome or better yet go ahead and set up your Desktop App. It will need to be done soon anyway.
Why will it need to be done soon? I know Chrome is discontinuing Flash (unfortunately) but will the website be closed as well?
Flash won’t be supported on browsers which is why the clever wizards at Ganz headquarters came up with the desktop app so we can continue playing Webkinz forever, worry-free. Yippee!
I have switched to Chrome for Webkinz, but my primary browser is Firefox. I was just wondering if it was a me problem or Firefox just couldn’t support Webkinz.

still not getting much medallions – feels like mostly rewarding coins or furniture.
Yeah! I haven’t gotten a single Kiwi medallion since April and, I barely get any of them playing arcade games! Mostly just items!
The Kiwi medallion collection is over – it was during April only.
Yeah, it was an event medallion. You were able to get it more often than other medallions during April, but only during April. I think it’s the same with the snow puppy and that it’s only available during December or something.
I know the collection is over, but I was hoping to get more like they do with the other pets.
I just haven’t got any more of them in normal ways is what I mean.
I need one more year at least for the grandchildren’s accounts. I can only spend so much time one Webkinz especially on the days that I work.
Pet medallions don’t extend membership, unfortunately You might have already known this, but just making sure!
Can someone help me I can not find my deluxe membership code that I just got at the estore. The only real number things there is my order number and how much it cost. This was my first time getting a deluxe membership that was not free. I hope I find out before the end of the day to get the deluxe stuff today.
They should have sent you an email with your code in it. If not, did you check your account? It may have just upgraded you without you having to enter a code.
Or check your Order History. Usually I find codes that I missed there. I even found one for a duplicate pet that I could add to my second account!
hello ckimhappy…have you checked your e-mail? Normally they send you a confirmation e-mail with the code listed.
Log into your eStore account. Go to “manage account” and then “order history”, click on the order number and see if that give you the code. I think the order number is blue and then you click on that
Thank you all who replied I just figured it out I just had to log out and log back in.
ESTORE PUCHASE HISTORY will show it aan the pets coe also.
