It has come to our attention that some players using Apple’s Macs are having issues with the ‘Mazin Hamsters feature within Webkinz World.
After extensive testing we have found that our version of the Unity 3D engine is no longer supported by Apple in the Mac OS. If you have OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) or OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) Hamsters will not work in any browser.
To play ‘Mazin Hamsters, you must play using a browser on a Windows PC. We recommend using Google Chrome for all of Webkinz. Ganz is no longer supporting Mac’s OS X for this feature.
**This issue does not affect your Hamster in Webkinz World in any way.**
WHAT!!! Does this mean we can’t use webkinz on Macs?? The only devices my family uses are apple ones. Please, someone answer me.
INTERNET EXPLORER NO SIGN IN BOX FOR WEBKINZ BUT you can still get into WEBKINZ NEWZ. CHROME IS CRAWLING !!!! SO ACADEMY SPEED IS UNDOABLE as well as other fast pace games. FIREFOX IS WORKING OK BUT there is a LAG in the SPEED IN THE ACADEMY !! But woring better than the others I have all 3 explorers.
OH I NEED TO MENTION I have a DELL APPLE LAPTOP . If it makes a difference I also clear history cookies, BUT the Chrome has been CRASHING several times DAY FOR QUITE A WHILE !!!

Now I won’t have a chance to even TRY Mazin Hamsters. I have a hamster, but it never loaded every time I tried to play the game. I’m not quite sure what my computer is, but I know it’s a Mac.

I’m not able to use mazing hamster either. I have windows 8. It tells me to download adobe, but I already have it. also in the kinzville academy my speed class does not work?? not sure if it is the same thing?
Oh, I don’t think Mazin’ Hamsters need Adobe, only Webkinz does! Mazin’ Hamsters needs Unity Player, try downloading that and see if it works for you, :) I hope it does! It’s pretty fun! I just hope they update it again soon! :)

Firefox. I always, always, always use Firefox for everything. Hate Chrome. Firefox, always. Works wonderfully.
I have Google Chrome, but whenever I try to get on this it says that it doesn’t work and closes it! I don’t know what the deal is! :(
