I cannot get into Coral Cove Buffet, Kinzville Park and the Clubhouse. I am getting the error, “Couldn’t load kinzchat server list”.

Web versions of clubhouse and park are not working. It really puts a damper on the enthusiasm when an event starts out this way! :(
Even the webkinz app is not working. two different browsers, neither work.
You aren’t able to access the clubhouse or the park. Tells you the server is not working. Can’t visit until you all fix it.
The actual reply we are getting is “Cannot load Kinzchat Server List” if that helps.

Hi sorry to post this here, but I have been hearing about people getting their deluxe boxes and points yesterday, and I still haven’t gotten mine. My membership will expire near the end of this month, but I can’t think why I wouldn’t get it for this month, when everything else deluxe still works. Please help!
The same thing happens to me in December when my membership expires. When I sign up for the next year, I get the Deluxe box then. I think they do this so you don’t get two for the same month.
You don’t receive a Deluxe box for the last month of your Deluxe membership until the membership is renewed. For example, my membership expired in the middle of May, so I didn’t get a gift box on the 1st of the month, but on the day I renewed.

hi! you won’t get your box on the final month of your membership until your deluxe renews. Then you should get everything like normal on that day. Been deluxe for years so this is normal.
The clubhouse, park, and tournament arena are not working. Could you please fix this?
