Once again we had a fantastic response to our pet design contest! So good in fact, that it took us a little longer to select the finalists than we originally anticipated.
Of course it’s always difficult to narrow down the list to just 10 finalists. When looking at your entries, we try to judge not necessarily on artistic skill but on which pets would make a great addition to Webkinz Classic. Having said that, we do want to give a shout out to MMTaffyM who took the extra step of creating a plush version of their pet!
Now that we have made our selections, we want to hear from you! From February 15 to 17, visit the Contest page in Webkinz Newz to cast your vote for your favorite design.
We’ll announce the winning pet on Friday, February 19, 2021!
I’m so impressed!! I would never have guessed it but I think my favorite is the goat, the illustration is just fantastic!! But I also love the idea of a Webkinz Capybara!! Great job to all!!

I’m glad you liked my Chocolate Dragon! It’s PSF is a candy bar made of seven different types of chocolate and it’s PSI is an Engraved Chocolate Piano that plays music.

This is the most difficult choice in the pet contests so far. I would love every one of them as a pet. Finally broke it down to two and ended up with the “STAR NOSED MOLE”. Thank you to everyone who submitted their drawings, congrats to the finalists and I really wish each of you luck to get your pet chosen.
So many cuties! the Brazilian Porcupine by adropofhoney is just Aw….how sweet! So many would be a great addition to Webkinz. But the Brazilian Porcupine really stole my heart. I’m kinda disappointed there’s no Roadrunner though :-(
