Do you visit Webkinz Newz regularly, follow our social media posts, watch our YouTube channel and Podkinz videos? If so, you probably know Mandy, Michael, Sally and Steve Webkinz. As a special treat for Webkinz Newz Week, they will be handing out signed versions of their action figures in the KinzChat Trading Room from Tuesday, April 25, to Friday, April 28!
Two Newz Team members will be featured in the KinzChat Trading Room every day, but they’ll only be there for one hour, so please make your visit quick, so other players have the chance to get a signed action figure.
Here’s how to get yours:
- Click on the KinzChat Trading Room when a Newz Team member is scheduled to appear in the Clubhouse
- Click on the Newz Team member to invite them to trade
- The Newz Team member will offer their signed action figure for trade. Drag any item into a trading slot and complete the trade to receive your action figure. Make sure your offer is something of little value, like a piece of food, because you won’t get it back once the trade has been completed!
Once your trade has been completed, please leave the KinzChat Trading Room immediately, so that other players have a chance to access the room, and meet a Newz Team Member.

The other day I tried multiple times within the hour, but there was no host to be found so I gave up. (It was at the proper time for where I live). Oh well, another time maybe. I do appreciate everything that is given and I enjoy all the tasks. Hugs

Why don’t you put each of them in the park for one day. That always works great. Your not on a time schedule and it worked great with the leprechaun.
Sadly this just isn’t working! I think its because there are so many people on Webkinz\Trading room that its just glitching a lot. For me it starts running kinda slow and just isn’t working quiet right. I was really excited for this event! :( ~sosotto
Being the first time the webkinz team has ever done a trade like this, I don’t think even they knew what to expect. I’ve had no luck finding the host either, but that’s what happens when a gazillion webkinz newz fans gather in the same place at the same time trying to do the same thing. Oh well, not everything works out perfectly for everyone, no need to let one disappointment sour my webkinz experience!
They did this same event with signed posters :) That was chaos too
still not working :/ not sure why they tried to cram them into one hour and messing up the servers because 3 days in a row now, I’ve shown up within the posted time window and no characters to be found
I am becoming very disillusioned with Webkinz. I became a deluxe member several years back to possibly make the game “better” for my Grandsons but they actually became less likely to be able to receive better rewards. In fact , unless it is just the way the game has changed, they actually have less luck playing games and receive less desirable prizes. Then Webkinz has promotions like this one in which it is impossible to find the “host” or the site freezes making it necessary to close out of the program and then “try” (often impossible) to regain entry to the site. I have stopped playing certain games and taking part in promotions like this one and am seriously considering changing my Grandsons to other similar sites who run their sites with less issues. I used to promote this site to anyone who had “little ones” in their lives, no more, so sad!
I had the same experience yesterday. Already to trade, once I found the host, and was left at the trading table with nothing. I’ve been in the room for 20 minutes this afternoon and no host again. What is going on? Very frustrating. Webkinz needs to change this task.
I was just on from 12 to 1 finally found Michael at 1:02 and asked him to trade and he left the room without trading. This is not a very good promotion. You should set it up like the ghost you just click on them and they give you the item instead of asking them to trade. They are not in the trading room long enough to handle all of the kids and parents that are trying to get the action figure for their kid.
Again I am not seeing the host….. Im not even going to try any more….but I would like to know why some can see them and I can’t. Im sad
