If you see an item in your pet’s mobile room that looks like it has a bug, we’d love for you to tell us about it, so we can fix it!
BUT FIRST, please check the EXACT NAME of the item against our mobile item bug list.
To do this, just click the first letter in the item name below, and then check to see if it’s already on our list of items to be fixed.
*PLEASE NOTE: the following item functionality is currently not available on the mobile room, so please do not add items with this functionality to the list:
- Animations
- Clocks
- Riding items (e.g., vehicles, rides)
- In-containers (e.g., fridges and stoves)
- Buildable items
- Cooking items (e.g., stoves, blenders, sandwich makers)
- Gardening items
- In-room games
- Fortune tellers
- Swimming pools
- TVs
- Any other pop-up window items (e.g., telescopes, view screens, movie screen)
- Webkinz Studio
Once an item has been added to the list, we will delete that comment so it will be easier for everyone to see new comments with items waiting to be added to the list.

I just made my comment, however, it told me that I am making my comments too fast. Gee, I get so upset about always being told for one reason or another that I cannot make a comment. Yet, I see some comments repeated and that seems to be no problem. This is my glitch on the mobile…ever since the Window on the World items were released, the Wheel of Wow freezes on all of my accounts. I know that there are other players who are having this issue also. Hope this gets resolved ASAP. Thanks, CLS954
THIS IS NOT A GLICH FOR MOBILE, but it’s a glitch for the computer version. Whenever I play Spree on my computer and when I finish my rolls and the music plays, it always repeats over and over again. When Spree first came out, it never happened. Please Fix! :)
Hi, I had bought a pink plane from the Spree Mall, it is no where to be found in my dock? I did log off and log back in and it’s still not there :( I paid $2000 Spree dollars for it too, can you please fix this glitch for me. Thank you so much :)

If you feed your pet food for a challenge in mobile, it doesn’t work, you have to feed your pet an additional item when you log into Webkinz on the computer.
I have lost all of my garden fruit and vegetables in my dock. When I put the pets to bed, and went back in later, everything had disappeared…tomatoes, pumpkins, strawberries, watermelons, carrots, corn and sushi. I have been saving it to sell at one time for Home For The Holidays furniture. I had over 500 strawberries. Please fix this for me. It was like a thief in the night raiding my garden produce. Don’t know who else to turn to….

in my pets room wacky is stuck just outside the room on the left side
When I go to rooms with certain items, they don’t show up. Please fix!

I forgot to add the my pets are only half there and one of them sitting at the picnic table is missing. I still think this is an awesome addition!!!
