BUT FIRST, please check the EXACT NAME of the item against our mobile item bug list.
To do this, just click the first letter in the item name below, and then check to see if it’s already on our list of items to be fixed.
*PLEASE NOTE: the following item functionality is currently not available on the mobile room, so please do not add items with this functionality to the list:
- Animations
- Clocks
- Riding items (e.g., vehicles, rides)
- In-containers (e.g., fridges and stoves)
- Buildable items
- Cooking items (e.g., stoves, blenders, sandwich makers)
- Gardening items
- In-room games
- Fortune tellers
- Swimming pools
- TVs
- Any other pop-up window items (e.g., telescopes, view screens, movie screen)

My glitch not listed is that items sit outside the room parameters. Can I put a pic here to show? My pumpkin object (not garden item) sits off the yard.
Ist find a bug then UNDER THE NAME LETTER write about the bug, Item name and what went wrong. DID IT DISAPEAR and was it still in your REAL webkinz room ;) . PLEASE SOMEONE ELSE THAN ME PLEASE CLICK THE NAME OF ITEM LETTER AND WRITE. OR they will NEVER get the bugs out. SO FAR ITS BEEN ONLY ME WRITING THE BUGS I FOUND ON MOBILE :(
I can’t get rid of a Tawny Pup Gift Box that has been in My Stuff for ages. I’d would like for it go to away!
Ok cool. One glitch I have on the mobile app my pet’s purple vampiress costume will not show up on the screen. Only her dress will. The shoes and hat don’t. Another glicth I have is when ever my pet takes a bath she is super small and tub normal size. Please help Gennelle!
Well, I think Nuts and Bolts are going to be pretty busy for a while…..I like the changes to Mobile, but I’d like to see the Kinzcash you can earn playing the games count towards challenges. Maybe that will be in the future?

Hey ganz, i have not gotten any update notices about the app and I cannot see any room options.
Try updating the app–visit the app store for Apple or the play store for Android and install the update. Then you should see the changes on your device.

I did not find ” harvesting the garden or even being able to go near the garden to do anything”. Thanks
