I can’t find mobile! WAAAAA
My webkinz mobile won’t work. When I click on it, it just loads for hours, frozen in one place. :(
Uninstall the app then install it again and it should work fine. I have had to do this a few times.
Your device may either be to old to handle the update or to full, try cleaning out your device a bit, or shut it down then restart it.
Ok I cannot find any of the clothes in my mobile shop. Why is this happening?

I don’t know what the special occasion is, but I love it! I was on for only about 20 minutes and I got 4 boxes!!!!!! I absolutely love surprises like this… THANKS WEBKINZ WORLD!!!!!
Me too! I got 5 of them yesterday! And what about the floating “10″ symbols? I’ve clicked on one nearly every day for quite a while now.
The floating “10″ symbols are to celebrate Webkinz’s 10 year anniversary. Which BTW is in April.
I understand what they’re for- I meant that I haven’t seen anywhere on Webkinz News where they are mentioned or did I miss that article? It’d be cool to see all the prizes.
I have not seen a floating 10 in forever! But today I recieved 5 gift boxes! I got chocolate, 2 classic waiter dresses, a rainbow fence, and a spring sparkle tree!
I got the waiter dresses too! Also, just a few minutes ago I clicked on a floating 10 and got a Stoogles.
I haven’t seen any prize boxes.
I got an Allysa tapestry, 3 Nafari Tapestries, A Sparkiling tree, and 2 Classic Waiter Dresses

I have the app but the Denim skirt, pink boots, and beret does not show up so where did you find them on the app

Please explain to everyone here how was it possible that you got all of the clothes when the Dark Denim Skirt, Pink Buckle Boots, White Big Funky Hat and White Beret is not even showing up on the App??????? I just looked before writing this.
I know what the problem is. The reason why the Dark Denim Skirt, Pink Buckle Boots, the White Beret, and the White Big Funky hat are not showing up is because they are Deluxe. They are only showing up on Deluxe accounts. I know this because those items will show up on my Deluxe account, but when I go to my regular account, they aren’t there. I don’t know why they didn’t mention this in the article, since I think it is pretty important to let everyone know that those 4 clothing items are Deluxe only. Well, I hope I helped answer the question. ;)

I want so many of the new mobile only items, but I seem to be having problems with it. When I tap on the items to select them nothing happens. This is only happening in the “Shop” part of the app; I’m able to play games, feed and cloth my pet just fine. Anyone else having the same issue? Or know how to fix it? Thanks!
I have the same problem…I do get it but have to have patience and tap again wait tap again wait try something else go back to what I want wait tap wait tap and some times I get it…..lol I don’t know
that sometimes happens, try double tapping the item, and then it should come up.
Yeah, this happens to me and I just tap it a bunch of times, and then it finally lets me buy it!!!
THANKS everyone!!! Just got all the things I wanted! Tapping it a bunch of times fast seemed to do the trick.
