More Webkinz Room Designs!

It looks like a lot of you have been working on room designs lately, because my inbox is full with room design submissions. Thanks to everyone who sent one in! There is a little bit of a backlog building up, so if you have sent in a design, you may have to wait several weeks for it to show up in a room design post.

In any case, I am excited to show you today’s designs. There are 24 in the group including an Old Country Saloon, Yard Sale and a Whodunnit Murder Mystery room… enjoy!

Do you want to be featured in one of my room design posts? Send me screenshots of some of your favorite rooms! You can e-mail them to letsbuild@ganz.com… I look forward to sharing them with the Webkinz Newz community!

There are two things I think would make room designing a lot more fun and less frustrating. 1: Allow us to select whether we want a door on a specific wall. So many of the wallpapers are SO nice, but don’t have the same look with a door. I try and place a lot of my rooms where they won’t have doors through the wallpaper, but it’s not that easy. There would still be the other two doors we can work around to make the house flow. I just think it would be nice to select whether we want a door on each wall or not. 2: It would be great if room themed stuff could be grouped in our docks. Some room theme items are named so differently it takes forever to find them all. Also, when buying items, it’s hard to know what you already have.

I agree, kaiapolarbear. A few years ago, there was a mention on Webkinz Newz that they were working on the door/no door idea. Also, when they introduced the section feature in the dock, there was mention that the furniture section would be refined at a later date. I hope they are still working on those features.

@kalapolarbear- I’ve had trouble with the doors as well, but if you’re specifically not wanting them in your room design picture, you can move the room so that there are only doors on the walls closest to you. Once you reposition the room like that, you can turn on edit mode and those doors will disappear, making the room seamless. Hopefully that helps a bit! :)

Completely agree, doors are really ruining the aesthetic of some of my rooms. I really wish there was an option to hide them. Great idea!

A number of cute ones, but the “fridge and stove store” is uniquely so…reminds me of Sears. ;_; And how my grandma would steal me the plastic food they used to put in the fridges. We were probably the reason they quit doing that. ._. Tricked my grandpa into thinking the bread in the cabinet had gone stale.

Thanks so much for showing my room again! Quick question: does anyone know what the pretty rainbow item in the back corner of the Hop into Spring room is??
