Hey Sally, this is kind of off topic. But– if you could be so kind as to allow some way to get access to all of the items that the specific user of that accout sold back to the W Shop, so that if that user did mean to sell some item back to the W Shop that they could reclaim that item and so it would be lost forever. This is just a suggestion for a future refrence.
