Ok I’m starting to think this is ridiculous. I was really excited to finally have one of the pets they retired, but at the start, on Sunday they would give out like e-store items, and now for the people that have this pet, they get a slice of cake. I don’t think that’s very fair. I was really looking forward to getting some sort of e-store item… :(

Me too! I’ve adopted 50+ pets, but have around 90 or so that I’m also waiting to either retire or preferably be a POTM before I adopt them.

I saw several of this pet in the trading room. Come on Ganz, piece of moonberry pie isn’t that great. I have been noticing that the retiring gift prizes are basically available to all. Pick something unique to make it more special. I hope you keep retiring pets because I want to play the game. Retire Bull Terrier or White Terrier or Frog. I have all of those! How do you choose? Do you say I don’t like this anymore? Just wondering-Atom

I know right! Some of the signature webkinz that litarally JUST came out just retired and sold out! Its so unfair, now webkinz can be up to $800

Have you thought to check Wallgreens? They sometimes have a few, especially around Valentines Day. ;)

I have found lots at Dollar tree recently. They are the Lil’ Kinz, but they still work. I also found a clearance section at Kroger that had a Valentine Webkinz for $3. Good luck finding the deals!

It’s great that Webkinz has so many pets available for users, but I really do wish that when a pet was Sold Out, it wouldn’t immediately retire. I think that pets shouldn’t retire every single weekend because it takes the sentimental and special feelings out of having a retired pet.

I agree. If you can’t find the retiring pet in any of the stores, and you REALLY want it, go to amazon. They have all the pets that are retired and more. ;)
Something crazy is that in April 2008, I found a Lil’Kinz unicorn at a toy store after it was retired! Yay!!!!!! :) Her name is Rarity and I got her when I was six. So there might be some Mystic Ponies out there in stores still. (trying to give some hope to people who still want one.) :)
