I’m trying to complete Part 5 where you receive the Maple Tree as the prize. I’ve completed all the tasks except the first one, “enjoy the chocolate cappucinnos from the cafe”. It’s not counting the 3rd cappucinno that I collect. This has happened twice now. I click on it and it doesn’t show that I clicked on it in the countdown. Although the new cup is in my dock. Also, last night it showed that I had 2 of the 3 to collect but this morning it is only showing that I collected 1. Anyone else having this problem? I would like to get to the next challenge. There’s a glitch that happens if you feed the cappuccino to your pet. Keep them in your dock for now and they’ll complete after you collect three times. This will be fixed in the next update
Thanks Sally. My thinking was if I fed it to my pet then it would figure out that I collected it. LOL Ajoy65 :)
I made the floral fence, but can’t find it. I don’t see the recipe for it now either.
I finished that part today and the same thing happened to me. I can’t find the fence and the recipe is gone. I have completed most of # 10 but will hold off completing it for now. Hope Sally Webkinz sees this.
Same thing happened to me. I’ve logged out several times, tried it on my phone app and the computer. Still can’t find them.
What and where is The KinzCash Machine? Also, I’m stuck on the Cake It Up game, every time I play it, it freezes up and won’t give me my KinzCash. I go to play it again and I always still have 3 games left.
The KinzCash machine is a family score prize. Try clearing your cache and/or uninstalling Webkinz Next and/or rebooting your computer.
Hi Sally. I am stuc on the 7th part of the challenge. It says to collect & sell 10 tall grass from the property. My question is, where do I find the grass? Thank you.
The grass is on the property already :)

I have just won the Lakeside Cottage. What happened to it? How does this work? Does it go in the same yard as the regular house? Can’t find it anywhere in my dock. Also do we have to buy the tall grass and boulders? There does not seem to be very clear if any instructions. Please help.
Nope! The Lakeside Cottage is a whole separate property. Click on the button with the two houses at the top of the screen (between the heart and the map) to see you other properties. Your new property already has some decorations in it.
I’m on part 5 and it won’t give me prize tickets when I play games. I already have 9,999. Is that the problem, it won’t go over that amount? Is this a glitch? Anyone else having this problem? Thanks for any help.
I’ve passed this on. You may want to try spending some prize tickets (on game tokens, or the exclusive shirts/furniture in the Arcade) and see if that helps.

I guess this is a lakeside house in Canada, but here in US it looks like a southern swamp house, it’s very gloomy looking. Please speed up kid requests I’m waiting 15to 20 minutes for them to request something. Thank you!!!
This is really strange. I’m stuck, I guess, on the catch the mosquitos part. Two days ago, I found 5 of them, but after I found those 5, I haven’t run across any since….?
As long as you’re on that part of the challenge, they should be appearing. They won’t appear while you’re in a game, so make sure you hang out somewhere like the Park. The flowers are still appearing in Kinzville, so you could wait for those to appear at the same time.
