The fairies will love to follow your pets around their rooms, and I’m sure they’ll get along well with Tulip, the fairy that you can win if you complete the Tulip Trouble Challenge by May 31 (midnight, EST).
We will also be retiring 5 prizes from Jumbleberry Fields on June 3. There is still time to trade your Preserves for the Baker’s Hat and Apron, Fresh Berries Sign, Bale of Hay and the Fresh Berry Display before they’re gone for good:
Play Jumbleberry Fields every day at the Arcade to earn berries that you can feed to your pet or use to fill up your Jars of Preserves. Every time you feed a berry to your pet, there’s a small chance that you’ll win a prize. But, every time you fill up a Jar of Preserves, you can pick your own prize!

Please can you clarify (a) Whether the sour berries can be used to fill up our jars? (b) Whether they are a crop that delivers berries or a single berry?
The sour berries are a different item that cannot be used to fill up jars in the Jumbleberry Fields game. There are existing Growing Gardens Jumbleberry, Sugarberry, Pickleberry, and Moonberry plants available from the Ganz eStore that can be used to fill up jars. The sour berry plants randomly harvest 1 – 3 items each time.
That’s what I thought. They will be a fun addition to my Berry Field none the less! I picked up a couple of the regular seeds last Berry Fest. I think that I will start doing that for each Berry Fest.
Buddies and seeds? This is almost TOO exciting! I’m going to be jumbleberrying like CRAZY!!
these are SOUR berry seeds, NOT regular berry seeds. If they’re like the sour polarberry seeds, they just make candies.
Will the sour berries have the possibility of giving prizes when fed to pets?

Hello all, please remember just because you were not able to get the retired items does not mean they are gone forever…there is always the possibility Webkinz will use these items on an upcoming berry festival or have them available as a ‘surprise’ item when feeding the berries to our critters. Retired does not mean gone forever…it gives you a challenge…I for example could not seem to find the Bloomin Desk Lamp in Curio Shop ever!!! Yet, this month I was so pleasantly surprised to get one from the Peek a News…Speaking of Challenges, why do people think the challenges should be completed in 10 minutes…they are challenges…time and effort should be required to earn the free gifts…I didn’t complete the last two challenges because the games are difficult for me…instead of complaining, I accept these are challenges and I am not going to be able to do all of them. Even though I would like to get the prizes, I am not going to blame Webkinz for my limitations.
Thank you for posting this! I did not get any of the retired items as my jars are only about half full. Good to know that I need not lose hope, I might be able to get them some time in the future :)
I think you misunderstand those who are irritated with the multi-day challenge requirements. I often run into this – if I am capable of completing a challenge in one day, why should I be held back? I understand the concept of why WOW spins or wishes are incorporated into challenges, but it’s just a roadblock that doesn’t require any skill to complete – but *does* require that I remember to log in, which I don’t always. I don’t mind things like this for monthly Deluxe challenges, but for small trophies? Your skill playing the game is really what matters, not how many days you log in.

Webkinz, could you please update the Magical Forest Key collection prizes. I have been playing for many years and they have not once been updated. I am really tired of the few choices to pick from. These new Jumbleberry prizes are cute, but it does take a long time to collect berries and I am not a fan of the pet buddies, but I do like the game.
NO! NOT YET! I only just got the first Emerald Key prize! I chose the wardrobe but would love the others!
I have played for many years and only got one Emerald prize. I really want more chances.

Man, it must be kind of hard for those who have been playing a long time to wait for some prize pools to change. Those of us who are slower at getting things collected or just started are having a hard time keeping up. If the prize pool does change then at least we get in on the new stuff!
I also asked about changing the prize pool for the keys! I wish they would also change the offerings from Nafaria when she wants to exchange our stars for her tokens. They have never changed and I just ignore her now.
Silver key prizes, maybe. But I’m still trying to finish the gold and emerald ones, so I hope they don’t change those too soon.
I absolutely love those two fairies from Jumbleberry Fields! Those two fairies are just beautiful! I can’t wait to add those two fairies to my Webkinz account as my new pet buddies! I also love all four of those sour berry seeds! I can’t wait to add them to my Webkinz garden! Growing all for of those sour berries will really help fill all four of my jars very fast! I’m really looking forward to collecting all six of these new amazing prizes! I sure do have all of the prizes that are retiring!
Wow girlmeetsworld, I didn’t realize these could be used to fill up our jars. If that is true then it would be a good idea to get them first in order to get the other prizes more quickly. I love different growing seeds and am excited to get them. I have jars that I can trade in when the new prizes arrive. Thanks for the info and thanks Webkinz!
The sour berries cannot be added to the jars…see Steve’s response to another person above.
I really love getting buddies, and I want both of these. But I think the Moonberry Fairy should be redesigned or renamed the Berry Fields Fairy or maybe the Mixed Berry Fairy. Her hair definitely looks like a moonberry, as do her purple eyes and lips, but her wings are green like a pickleberry, and her dress and eye makeup are yellow like a sugarberry.
You’re right, her clothes don’t match her berry. How odd.
Did you notice the moon in the hair of the moonberry fairy?

It was announced at the bottom of the most recent Podkinz article :) I know one of them is the Electric Keyboard, which doesn’t actually play music (at least not on my computer). It’s just a decoration.
