PORT HOLES for windows
I used Golden Oak floor which really looks nice. I also used the couch and chairs from the Starry Slumber Theme to complete the room. I actually made three rooms: Living/kitchen area; bedroom; and a bath connecting the two other rooms. I really like this theme.
Could you add a floor for this theme? I really hate it when there isn’t a matching set. So many sets just have wallpaper or just flooring. There are not enough options in the flooring to make a good match.
I wish the fridge and stove weren’t Deluxe. They’re pretty cool…
would anybody who is deluxe be interested in sending a stove and a couple fridges? I collect food and fridges! Thanks :)

Ah nope, not as of currently ‘^^ My membership expired back in February, but I have yet to renew it =P Between being busy and the fact that the purchasing process takes awhile (and seeing that we’ve had issues purchasing memberships that last couple times), I haven’t gotten around to it yet :| But, I’m hoping I can convince my parents to renew it next month or in July

Yess! XD My dad loved Petra, and so my brother and I really like it too. Beat the System was an awesome album! I know it’s one of my dad’s favorites. I like the Coloring Song, yeah! That one’s pretty good. =) I think some of my favorites are Adonai, the Stained Glass Windows one, and God Gave Rock and Roll to You (yeah it’s a cover song, but it’s nostalgic to me haha)… although I really like a lot of songs. It’s hard for me to remember all of them, heh. But I didn’t really like the “old” Petra quite as much, cause of the different singer.
I’ve emailed, used the contact form, and posted on here and I still can’t get anyone at Webkinz/Ganz to contact me back for help. When I adopted my Kiwi, I did not receive any of the adoption gifts I was supposed to. Also, I won a Mall Burger from playing Spree a few weeks ago and when I dropped it into my room, it disappeared completely. This is a last ditch effort after many tries, and I’m hoping someone will finally help me with my problem.
The Mall Burger is a food item — if you drag it into your room, your pet will eat it. I replied to this the last time you asked about the Mall Burger. I didn’t see any posts about the Kiwi. Did you complete the Kiwi’s initial pet request?
I’m using the superfan floor and wallpaper with purple in it, I think. Try the super fan floor. If you have enough in the room it covers the W and the purple on the edges ties in with the purple items
Ive been playing around with items from different themes to tie in the purple- I’m considering not using the wallpaper for the main room but maybe a half bath. Not sure.
I like the theme more than I thought I would. Some of the challenge is blending the purple in rooms. I made an ice cream parlor with the little purple tables and yellow chairs and it goes with the ice cream stand from estore and the table and cart from the flower collection prizes pretty well. Don’t care for the toilet but love the sink, stove and fridge. Disappointed in the wall dividers that they don’t rotate fully so you can make an implied oval/circle with the yellow swish. I wanted to do a “house of the rising sun” type trophie room, but the short dividers won’t turn toward one another that way, only the opposite way. Also so beyond bummed you didn’t make a floor. Why? A yellow glass floor would have been so so amazing :( None of the floors in the WShop really go. I mean, you can choose one and deal with it but you can’t really find one that “fits” at least I can’t. I’ll guess to scan estore to see if there’s any that pop. But how disappointing is it that you didn’t make a flooring?
*Or the gray shade from the Wallpaper- would have tied it together well. You should have made 2 floors- one yellow or teal glass and one gray.
A friend of mine made a room using the purple flooring, added a few purple accent accessories & it looks quit good. I’m doing an underwater room with sandy flooring that’s looking pretty interesting so far.
Ohhh an underwater room, hadn’t thought of that….the natural underwater flooring is quite luminous and may match the grayscale of the walls. Thanks for the tip.

I used the stripes flooring. For some reason it’s not in the flooring choices, but can be found in the theme section under “Stripes.” I thought at first that it would be a bit much, but the shine is actually just about right, I think. I actually think that the painted glass walls go better with it than the actual stripes wallpaper. The scenic stripes window also seems to go very nicely, especially over the blue glass table you can get from the podcast. I used a couple of strategic, white fluffy rugs to break things up a bit.
