VERY DISAPPOINTED IN GANZ!!! Called and explained I tried to purchase the 50% off and they have record showing this, but said they can not do anything about this, but can give me 20,000 estore points, not what I want. If they can give estore points they sure can give the 50% off. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, truly sorry and know how you feel. seamojo
Just renewed and got the cat code and bonus points to boot. Now i am good for the whole year. I hope they do this more often the full price for a year is just too high for me. If they made it a lower price I think more people would be able to do it and thus have more people buying.

Sally, I got my year membership back in August and I never got that lavender dog (can’t remember it’s name) even though I contacted customer support several times they never helped me get it. What should I do now?
