First thanks for all the opportunities to get prizes! I hope that at some time in the future you consider making the events (floats, peek-a-newz, etc) really once per day instead of some “close to 24 hours” period. I was, very luckily, on vacation in Europe and with the time change, would have been able to do the contests on what would have been either side of midnight ET (unfortunately I did not often have access to the internet). It would have been nice to do the monthly treat, floaty and peek-a-news for both days. And when I got home (very late ET) and did the events I “lost” a day since when I woke up and tried to do the events at my normal time, only about 6 hours had elapsed. Personally I don’t care when the day begins and ends as long as it is consistent (i.e. always from midnight to midnight ET or from 9 am – 9am ET) or whatever!

So now that there are plenty of items to create our own Webkinz Newz rooms, what is everyone going to use as a wallpaper and flooring? I just can’t decide which ones would look the best! Any suggestions?
I got the rare bed but I can’t send it to my granddaughter it isn’t postable :(

Hello Sally and Mandy, Thank you for the Newz prizes and everyone looks snazzy ! This Halloween is so awesome we don’t know where to begin ! Please solve a Halloween mystery for us. Sophie Stockwell is wearing a witch costume that has a purple dress with cape and matching purple hat. She is wearing it in the ad for 40% off build a Haunted Castle. Everyone here has come under the spell of Sophie’s witch attire. We have a webkinz black kitten named Midnight Magic and think this would be puurrrfect for this pet. Is this witch costume available or is it past years mystery clothing item ? Maybe we can hope to find one in the trading room. The trading room is still a little scary. Thank you from funkinz and Happy Halloween to all the other witch costumed Webkinz Ladies !
Neither, I’m afraid. I believe it came from the artist’s imagination. But that doesn’t mean it might not become a future costume :)

the boxes I open are halloween items… not any of these items… why is that?

@Sally Webkinz I have to agree with lukki. I have received fall items from the floating boxes too and not the prizes above.
There are no Halloween or fall items in the Webkinz Newz Giftbox. The Peek-A-Newz awards a WKN October Giftbox, however, which does. Are you sure you’re opening the Webkinz Newz Giftbox and not the WKN October Giftbox?

Sure wished the floating packages would work. In the last4 days I have seen only 2. I have been on the site many times of the day. This is sad, do like seeing and getting new things for my pets.
I agree. I pay for 7 deluxe accounts and buy extra epoints. I do not have all day to look for floating things that never come. I think Webkinz forgets that this just upsets people. While waiting I get more and more upset and seriously think about leaving Webkinz and leaving all that money in my pocket. If Webkinz wants to make more money they should put all these floating things in the estore so people can buy them instead of wasting their time and hating Webkinz.
Try going to different pages consistently like the peek a news. Always works for me.
I have found one every day, usually by the time I finish the peek-a-newz I have found it! The box floats by much less frequently than the marshmallows and acorns have in the past, but I think that is because the prizes are better ;)
Attention Michael Webkinz , The rare bed in this prize pool is not kinzpostable , can webkinz please make it so we can send these to another account as I want to make a room with my bed I won but it’s not on the right account. Thank you for your help.
I have the same problem. I won the rare bed, but the room I am making is on a different account. Please fix this problem. Thank you for making such nice items available in the Webkinz Newz Team boxes. I have won almost all of them. I just need the blue and green chair and the newspaper box. I know I will win those prizes today.
