Hey I play on the mobile add and I thought when they give items like this all we have to do is login to our accounts and it’s added to our inventory.
That only applies to gifts that are tradeable/sendable. If it’s an eStore item that is not sendable/tradeable, it has to be clicked on in Today’s Activities.
