Thanks for the light. I have some other items from the Creepy Swamp thing as well as past halloween items that work well with it!
I never got a notification that I received a gift in order to claim it. Do we get them at different times throughout the day or everybody at once?
My sis never got hers either.
I didn’t get it either, I’m thought maybe it was because I was logged in & playing when they sent it out.
I emailed customer service but have not heard back.

This is a great gift. I really wish it could be traded or gifted. I don’t need it on my main account, but some of my secondary accounts are holiday themed and could use more that one. One has a toxic bog and spooky woods. One has a tar pit and a haunted house and a swamp. Thank you again for such a seasonally appropriate gift. Webkinz rules! Happy Halloween to all.

Sent message – no response yet. I’m getting very frustrated. I’ve had another ticket open for over a month – still unresolved – and that problem is even worse because, until it’s fixed, I can’t spark more babies. This is really starting to ruin Next for me.

i don’t understand; if this is a players appreciation gift; that means it is for all players. why can’t it be sent or sold ?? everything should be able to be sold at least.
I think because it’s such a special item that you can’t receive again, they don’t want anyone accidentally selling or sending it, maybe forgetting it’s a PAD item and thinking it’s just a regular item that they might be able to get again, but I’m not sure ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The reason it can be traded, sold, or mailed is because it is from the Estore – it is part of the Creepy Swamp room theme. Perhaps Ganz hopes that gifting one item for free will prompt some players to buy other parts of the theme for real money. Yes, I wish I could mail it from my secondary accounts to my main account, but I think it’s a unique item that can be used in many different ways – I will enjoy finding just the right place for it.
