What I miss the very most about the old webkinz? Items that are not invisible or non working. Everything is broken and stays that way, it seems like I will never see things I paid for at the estore again. So frustrating :(
Thank you for the survey Ganz! Here is my complete opinion about Webkinz X, as there aren’t MANY choices on the survey…So first of all, I’ve played Webkinz World about three hours a day since I was seven, and by now I have about one hundred plushies, and over fifty virtual-only ones! Now that I’m a bit…Obsessed with Amazing World, I tend to spend about only an hour on Webkinz now, but I still love it. I love all my Webkinz pets, and Webkinz X gave it more of an updated look/feeling. I really love that it fits a screen now, the backrounds are cool, and I’ve noticed some better graphics. Maybe the outfits could fit on our pets correctly…? I love this game, thank you so much Ganz :) P.S. I love pet requests too! -MintiCherriChocolate
I would like to be able to “dismiss” or simply ignore a pet request without having to lose happiness points. Also, I think it would be an awesome idea to receive 1 or more Family Score points simply by playing games, getting dressed, etc. instead of having to wait for the pet request. Or else, could we have more activities that would earn points? For example, using the commode does not give any points, so that could be one of the activities. Also, using a pet move such as dancing could be 5 points. Thanks for a fun survey!
Now that most of the bugs and problems have been cleared up, I really love Webkinz X. It makes me feel closer to my pets and encourages me to play with each of them more often instead of only using one of them for a whole week like I used to do. My only complaint now is that many of my items are still broken, but I know you guys are still working on that, so I’m hopeful that everything will be fixed eventually.
Family Score & pet requests are perfect. Just get everything being sold in the estore working, that should be the first & only priority of every update from now on until every item is fully functional again. Seriously, I really want to buy some points & go shopping but the last stuff I bought doesn’t work, so now I have lost confidence & enthusiasm, which can’t be good….
As it has only been a few months since X debuted, it’ll be awhile. But don’t lose your confidence and enthusiasm (I lost mine, remember? Then you helped me out; so I owe you one) ;) Nothing will ever be 100% perfect, I’ll admit, but I do think your items will be fixed soon. I’ve been noticing that they have been fixing a TON of items lately. Some are just really high tech for Webkinz (and so is WX! XD) But trust me, even if the items in them aren’t their best, your rooms are fabulous!

It would be interesting to see how people answered the survey – hope they show some graphs when it is finished. I felt bad saying I can’t fully recommend it right now – too many missing items. I think someone totally new to WebkinzX would still have a hard time, unless they had a “veteran” ready to answer questions.

Some requests are impossible to fulfill within the 3 minute time limit. For example, a request to dress your pet with shoes or a belt. The entire clothing dock does not fill, but stalls and you can not even get to the shoes or belts before the time runs out. Recently, within the past week, I have gone through several log-ins (clearing my cache prior to each log-in) and not received any pet requests at all. Under those circumstances, it is impossible to fill a pet’s heart, much less several of them. I would like the opportunity to turn off pet requests for a short time as each time I take a quick bathroom break, my pet gets a request that I can not fill as I do not know of it in time to complete it. I don’t enjoy playing nearly as much as I did prior to WebkinzX, but I love my Webkinz, so I keep playing. I have way too much money invested to just walk away.
cool! that was a fun survey! i wish they would have surveys more often! i like the new webkinz because your pets seem more alive. i don’t feel like they ask for too much and when they don’t ask for anything, i find myself hoping they will. i think its fun to take care of my pets though i often try and find easy ways out of it. for example, if my pet wants to change clothes, i’ll get the first hat i see, put it on, then take it off and put the old one on again. i love my pets very much. sometimes i even find myself talking to them! though in some ways, i miss the old webkinz, ganz has made a lot of great improvements with webkinz x! great job!
just one thing though, this doesn’t have anything to do with webkinz x but, BRING BACK THE SIGNATURES!!!! please!!! i love signatures so much and theres so much more you could make! there such good quality and life like, and soooo cute!! if you brought them back i would be so happy, and i’m sure a lot of other people would be too! please, ganz!!
