Inspired, she started a store,
She designs clothes, sews, and more!
If you need thrifty fashion,
That’s her overall passion!
It’s creativity that she adores!

PJ Collie
It could be PJ or Persephone.
I don’t think the answer you have here is correct. The silhouette on the facebook news site shows clearly PJ Collie, you can see her Pointed Collie ears, her leaning stance and shag hair cut, Her shorts and buckle flats. Why does it say on the Newz Site that it’s Persephone? Persephone is NOT thrifty by any means, she doesn’t have the Sewing factory and you can SEE in the window of the shop here that her picture does not match the silhouette.
I’m going to take one step ahead and say Crafty Kimmy since her Kinzpedia page mentions thrifting and creating.
