Busy as beavers again! My husband wants one of those rain clouds IRL. Knew I was saving that trail mix for something! Had an IDEA the other day while trying to navigate my megaplex–if we’re going to have doors, what if when you hover over them they show what room is next door? I was trying to go from ‘valentine’ to ‘chocolate shop’ and somehow ended up in ‘st patricks’ even though I know I went the right way.

I love the bunkbeds in this video! Why aren’t they in the Wshop?

I think they were from a deluxe challenge a couple of years ago. My mom has one on our family’s main account. I wish they would make them available again, I want one on my account so bad!

Looks like free members can’t earn their fitness badge *sighs*

I clicked the jumbleberry floating across the screen before I even realized what I was doing! LOL! I was even confused for a moment when I didn’t collect the berry and the Podkinz paused. Too funny! The Adventure Scout challenges sound like a lot of fun and I always enjoy making new recipes! Thank you for keeping us all in the loop with your entertaining Podkinz episodes. The new wardrobe code is just the icing on the cake!

Now why put in something that you know doesn’t work? It all sounds great except for the fitness class. Please reconsider that.

No captions this time and I have a hard time understanding.

    • 1Emerald1 says:

It’s because they’re working from home and recording themselves, I think. Michael’s audio kept fading in & out a bit. It must be a lot more challenging than doing it in the studio with a sound engineer.

are we going to have multible chances to get the bages after this year?

  9. lucinda5050kinz says:

    i cant wait for these!

NOOOOOO!! I knew the second I heard about it, getting the Fitness Badge would be IMPOSSIBLE for me. I’ve been on Webkinz for almost the entire 15 years and never once have I been able to do that class. Any of the fitness classes, actually. I have scoured the internet for all the tips and hints and help possible, and tried those again and again. And still pfffft for me. Thanks for ruining “camp” for me.

    • mollypig2 says:

Hyperborea, I’m sorry you have a hard time with the speed class. I wish you the best and want to encourage you to try it during this challenge. Is there someone who could help you get the hang of it where you play webkinz? Good luck.

    • lemony says:

      We need a tutor ;)

    • Kimatkinz says:

I was able to get around this problem by using a very old, slow computer. I have read of so many people with this problem. Webkinz pleeeaaase adjust the speed of this. Basically what happens is that when one lets go because its at the top, it falls all the way to the bottom before it is possible to click again.

      • Jessmine2 says:

Are you talking about the “Strength” class? I find that one not doable either; however, the challenge appears to be for the “Speed” class, which is doable with some practice – especially at the lower levels. Good luck to all.

        • kinzklipfan says:

Yeah, I don’t have a problem with the Speed class at the lower levels. Don’t think I’ve actually gotten past level 1 on any of my pets though, lol. For me that’s just because I never take the Speed class. I’m not sure how hard it would be on my computer. But the lower levels are definitely doable!

    • sadie1998 says:

I will send you the fitness hat and giant plaque if Kinzpost will allow me to. While I love the Adventure Scouts Cookbook prizes, I have no where to put these giant plaques. And I really don’t need the hats either, only one of my pets is scout/camping themed (I match outfits to rooms), so I don’t need 4 different hats either. -Oppia17

Hi Hyperborea – the wording of the fitness challenge says to complete 4 speed classes – it doesn’t say you have to successfully pass it. Perhaps just trying the class until the time runs out might be enough to fulfill the requirement. Just don’t bail out of the class before the clock runs out, continue going even if you may not be doing well. I think the timer is 30 seconds, so keep trying the whole time. Using your mouse, pretend you are drawing tight, small circles on the mousepad. The speed you draw those circles depends on keeping the indicator bar within the pink shaded area. Best Wishes!

    • ImaPepper says:

The challenge looks like you have to “complete” four speed classes; it doesn’t mean you have to pass the classes. I’m not good at the fitness classes, either; but it’s worth a shot. Don’t give up, you can do it!

    • MagicOrin says:

SPEED CLASSES – in Fitness patch same day take 4 different pets to to the treadmill !! DONT do 1 a day USE 4 DIFFERENT PETS ON SAME DAY ;)

    • Beckinz8 says:

I am so sorry Hyperborea! I wonder if it is the browser that you are using. When I tried Firefox, a lot of the activities and games were nearly impossible for me. (Firefox ruined my perfect record as a Grocery Clerk because it glitched so badly!) I use Google Chrome mostly, and don’t have as many problems. I haven’t tried the Academy classes on the desktop app yet and will have to give it a try in the next few days. For the Speed class, I am just holding down the left mouse button and making little circles with the cursor, tracing the arrow on the circle meter on the right while keeping an eye on the speed meter on the left. If the target bar goes to the left I make slower circles, and as it creeps up to the right, I make faster and sometimes smaller, tighter circles. When I first tried the class, I didn’t realize that I had to hold down the left mouse button the whole time and failed miserably. I watched someone’s tutorial (can’t remember whose) and then I got the hang of it. I wish I could come over and do that part of the challenge for you. Since I can’t, I will be cheering hard from the sidelines! Hang in there!

    • wintercrush says:

I don’t believe you have to be successful at the class in order to complete the challenge, the simple act of trying the class is considered completion, or at least that’s how it’s been in the past with challenges. Give it a try and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

    • samsterson says:

the way to beat the Speed class is to get into the pink zone and then just kind of wiggle your mouse back and forth a bit until time is up. It seems hard but isn’t really– unlike the Strength class which I cannot do at all.

    • frogmom says:

not sure what tips you’ve read, my only two: use a mouse on a big surface, like a table, not the laptop. Find someone else to do it for you. I used to do challenges for boy when he was little, then when I took over I had him do a few for me (esp mazin’ hamsters–they made me motion sick:) I’ll have to pick my pets–some of them are on higher levels and the laptop has never worked as well as the old pc did. I was hoping they meant “attempt” but the wording does say “complete.” Good Luck!
