I wish the gingerbread apron could be passed. My sister has gingerbread sisters on her account, and I wanted to giver her mine so they could have matching outfits for Christmas. Still, I love both holiday aprons. I hope Ganz continues it next year. Maybe a candy cane apron for my peppermint puppy. My sugarplum monkey would look great in a sugarplum or plum pudding apron. Then again, maybe not, since he’s a boy. Happy holidays, Ganz. I am looking forward to another fun year.

Hello! Is anyone having issues with being not being able to log in? I just get this blue screen and a message that says something like your pet cannot wear a non clothing item

The same thing was happening to me. But it seems to have been fixed. I have not had a problem this weekend.
Has anyone been having difficulty logging on to their main webkinz account? Ever since they updated to update the wheels, I have been having difficulty logging in to my main account. It will either keep logging me in directly to the Webkinz Newspaper and whenever I try to go back to my house, it will kick me off. Then, trying to log back in, I either get directly kicked back off again or get a message such as “Your pet cannot wear a non-clothing item” and then get kicked off back to the log in screen. Yesterday, I could get it to work eventually, but now I am having a hard time even getting my main account to load or log in at all. :( I’m really sad, I would like some help understanding what to do.
I was eventually able to log in and play again. However, I am still experiencing some of the same issues, especially if I log out and try to log back in on a different device, such as switching from the web version to the mobile version, and back again. I am worried that this issue is going to continue or get worse and I would be extremely sad if I missed out on the Mrs. Birdy event because my webkinz account keeps kicking me off for issues I have no control over. One of the main error messages is “Sorry, your pet can’t wear a non-clothing item” before it just abruptly kicks me off and back to the log in screen. I have not put anything on any of my pets that would be considered a “non-clothing item” and this has only become a problem after the most recent update to update the wheels.
WebkinzPlushLover This started happening to me Wednesday night around 10:30 pm when filling up my 148 webkinz pet’s Family score hearts. I managed to start the next day by going to Ms. Birdy to collect my Christmas Countdown prize and played my 10 acheviements Medallion/Kinzcash/Furniture, go to Jumbleberry Fields and finally going to sign in at a pro cooking competition at 7:00 pm. That something i do when GANZ has a glitch like this. Wish you all the luck getting through this.
Thanks, threehounds, I will try out some of your methods when I am hit with this glitch again. I have been able to log in again without the same issue appearing, but I am still cautious. Thank you, it is a relief to know I am not completely alone with this glitch. Hopefully Ganz will find a way to fix it soon.
