Go to the Internet Explorer browser and visit Sophie and Cinnamon in the park there. Always works for me there, just be prepared to be hit over the head with video advertisements like tv, any time you change locations.
This is my strategy: With third party ads enabled and AdBlocker turned off, I first have to walk up the path to be in front of her, THEN I click on her. This is the only way it seems to work for me. Otherwise, it’s like you said – you click on her, but it’s like she’s not there.
