I didn’t get my gift box today :(
I opened my free box this morning and was so happy to get the Robin Rocker I had been hoping for. Thanks, Ganz, for the gifts!
The Quilted Robin free gift box from the activities page did not go to my dock. I clicked on it but nothing happened. I got one yesterday, the 13th. It was a window, thank you so much. What is the quickest and most sure way to get this reconciled. Naturally, I want that gift box very much!

I called as I usually get an answer quicker that way. But, this time was told I would have to write webkinzsupport @ganz.com. So I did, and was surprised and grateful to get an answer the same day. The short and to the point answer was that there are no guarantees on gifts. I could sign out and back in, and check every section of my dock, which I had already done, but nothing they could do. I did get a window the first day which I was very glad to get, nothing on the 2nd day which I am a bit upset about, and a chest on the 3rd day which I had one from a mystery box I had previously bought. All in all, not too bad. Appreciate the freebies always.

I have two (2) Quilted Robins on one of my accounts, However, I only received one (1) Quilted Box today. I have written to Webkinz Support, but, not even a response. These sort of things are happening very often, Why???
That’s not how it works. If you own a Quilted Robin, you have access to the giveaway. It’s not one per pet. This is how the Pet of the Month events work, as well — having multiples of the pet does not result in multiple plays or multiple prizes.
Sally Webkinz, This has changed, in the past we received as many boxes as the number of pets. If this is the new rule, We won’t be purchasing multiples in the future. But, Thanks for your quick reply.
The Today’s Activities page has never worked that way intentionally. If you were able to receive multiples in the past, that was a glitch.
I have multiples of several pets, but they are not on the same account. If I have the POM on different accts, it does get the activity or gift – one per acct.
That’s how it is supposed to work. Two pets on the same account don’t give two gifts on the same account. Any account with the featured pet can get the gift once.
Thank you for the free gift it is greatly appreciated. I was pleased to get the Bed, Window, Chest, Armchair and Rocker. :}
