If you love to play Webkinz on Mobile, great news: there are NEW Modern Boutique items in the Mobile Zone in the app’s W Shop for you to discover! These items are exclusive to Mobile.

 


And one more piece of news: we’ve fixed the coupon glitch in the W Shop! You should now be able to use them with ease. Thanks for your patience while Nuts and Bolts worked on that fix.

    Gennelle, I’m having an issue when I try to sell items back to the wshop. Not all of my items show up and what does show up is in a strange order (not organized like it is when I leave the shop) and I also can’t access my coins therefore they aren’t able to be used :( is this going to be fixed soon? Thanks in advance!

          Clearing my cache did not help. I still can’t access a lot of my dock items when trying to sell things. I also noticed that an icon for the haunted funhouse theme is in my dock when I’m trying to sell items but when I leave it disappears… I don’t understand what the issue is

        He-he Gennelle! It seems like you ask that question quite a bit.

          It honestly fixes so many issues. I’d recommend trying it before contacting Customer Support because it’s often successful!

            Also, trying a different browser is usually a big help.

            Yes it is! Most of the glitchy nonsense I’ve experienced thru the years on WW have disappeared when I’ve switched browsers. Interestingly, different browsers seem to work better at different times. I’m not a tech, so I don’t get how it works but whatever!

            I can try that… But chrome is my best bet which is what I use.. Still hasn’t fixed it but oh well:/ I just have 11000 KC I cant use

    I’m not liking the walls and floors of this theme so much. What would have been cool is a dark hardwood floor and darker walls too. Right now the falls an floor look very public restroom-y. I think I’ll be using it with camp kinz flooring or creative studio flooring but I’m not sure on the walls yet.

    Hey! Webkinz, something odd is happening on my computer. When I click the house map button and click on a different room to go to, it just makes the screen turn blue and i have to log out. Please fix this bug if you can. Thanks!

    Please could you work on why I can no longer jump from one room to another. It started yesterday, when I try to jump it just refuses and I get a blue background. In order to navigate my more than 200 rooms I have had to start changing pets to one next to the room I need in order to do the gardening, etc. As it started yesterday, I am wondering if one of the fixes that were done caused this problem to start. How many other pet owners are finding they can’t jump from room to room either?

    Thank you for fixing the coupon problem. Now can somebody please fix the Pet of the Month issue?! I have the Fennec Fox but Webkinz says I don’t so I can’t do any activities. It has been going on for the entire week already and we missed so many great activities. Thank you!
