Announcement from Ms. Cowoline
Readers, I just wanted to remind you that it is in your best interests to keep up your pets’ education at Kinzville Academy. I always say that there is nothing more valuable than a good education!
Kinzville Academy is the perfect place for your pets to increase their strength, agility and intelligence and to hone their personal style and grooming skills. Your pets will be able to put these qualities to good use in Webkinz World. A successful education will let them compete in the Webkinz Stadium and earn challenging jobs at the Employment Office.
Be sure to keep a close eye on how your pets are progressing by checking their report card. As your pets graduate to new levels they will be awarded pins to mark their achievements.
Every day your pet is eligible to attend three classes. The basic courses available to your pet when it first enrolls in the Kinzville Academy include:
- Weight Lifting Class
- Running Class
- Track and Field Class
- Painting Class
- Language Class
- Fashion Class
When your pet reaches level 10 in all classes they will be awarded a diploma they can hang on their wall.
We also offer Pet Talent courses such as:
- Griddle Class
- Hairdresser Class
While the talent classes don’t count toward their diploma, they do help your pets earn recess where they can do fun activities and enjoy a snack. Fashion and Hairdresser classes also give you higher stats in Stadium competitions.
We also offer Super School Days several times a year when your pet can earn extra credits! Be sure to watch for them on the ‘Today’s Activities’ list!
I hope to see all of your pets in school bright and early tomorrow morning!
On Super School Days, you are given two credits per class instead of one.
For example, if you have 9 classes left to complete a level, after completing a class on Super School Day, you will have 7 classes left.
Best to you!
Oh, okay! That’s really cool. :) Thanks so much!
Oops, forgot to mention that I choose to do the hardest jobs on Super School Days, that way I don’t have to do them as often! Weight-lifting is hardest for me, as my computer is really fast. Style takes the longest and Running is the fastest/easiest in my opinion. Agility gets much harder as you advance (again, especially if you have a fast computer).
Good luck!
Awesome, thanks for the tip!
On Super School Days, do the “extra credits” count for anything? Or are those days just a reminder to visit the academy?
I admit that I don’t take my pets to the school every day! But I am trying to get better at it…
Thanks for the tip and support MJO00. I will keep at it.
boamoensfromwebkinz,
You have to complete Level 5 in both Hairdressing and Cooking to be awarded those games in the Arcade.
Thanks for this info, MJO00! Always good to know when something happens. All the best! MDIChickadee
try level 10 . YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL LEVELS TO GET THE GAME. At level five you get a griddle and a vanity station just like the class. the griddle works as a stove but the vanity does nothing
I, too, go to the Academy almost every day I can. I find some of the classes frustrating at times, but I keep at it. I find that I can do some of the classes better when I go and use my grandmother’s slower computer, but that only happens when we visit her, so most of the time I just have to keep trying. I do not know if I will ever be able to graduate – there are so many classes and so many levels!! It is fun! The only talent games I have seen are the gormet griddle and plumpy’s hairdresser, and I think I had to complete both the hairdressing (Plumpy is so wonderful to let us do her hair!) and cooking class to be able to do those games. Are there other talent games? Maybe we need a forum on hints for the Academy?? Good luck everyone! All the best! MDIChickadee
I have trouble with the weight-lifting class, too. The slower your computer speed, the easier it is to do. I have been able to complete weight-lifting at my local library, but not at home. The only other tip I have is to make sure no other windows are open on your computer when you try the class.
i do my classes as often as possible but im wondering why i cant play the two talent games (gormet griddle and plumpy’s hairdresser) in the arcade when others can :(
this is because you need to get to level 10 to be able to do them :)
hope this helps

I love the academy and go every day. The class for weight lifting is so hard for me. Does anyone have any tips? I almost never pass at level six. I have been stuck in this class while I have moved to level 8 in many others. This leaves me somewhat frustrated.
Perhaps click BEFORE it hits the correct range, because then it will account for slow reflexes. This may take some practice.
I have the same trouble with that class. I think part of it is the mouse/computer I use most of the time. My dad has one that I can use and make it almost every time (I’m on level 8 now). But my regular computer I almot never complete the class. i always run out of time. It’s depressing.
I do my classes every day, except when I’m gone, or when I’m really busy and can only do some of them. Usually I can get them all done. And guess what, Tuesday (tomorrow) is supposed to be a Super School Day!

All of my pets don’t go there since I have a lot, but there are some that I take there all the time. Yay! Super School day!

Same here sparklegirlLT! I have 35 pets, (36 if you count the one I still have to enter, 39 if you count my mazin’ hampters, 40 if you count both) so I have one pet (the first one I got actually) that I do as often as I can, and another (the second pet I got) that I do every once and a while. I have only had my account for a year and a half, and my academy levels for Heart (my first pet) are higher than my friend’s pet’s levels, and she has had her acount for a lot longer than I have!
Same here, sarahandlacey, I try to do my classes as frequent as I can, but sometimes, I really can’t do them that day. But, sometimes(only sometimes) I find it time consuming for some reason. I mean, I’d like to hang around the trading room and trade, or go shopping, or visit the Magical Forest, or invite friends over at my room and play together.
