I love the Room Design Awards, but I hate having to pick the finalists. I’ve received hundreds of beautiful designs since the last Room Design Awards and they are all creative in their own way.
There are 20 finalists this time around and 10 of them will be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- 5 winners will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. From Friday, November 29th – Sunday December 1st (ending @ midnight, EST), players can vote for their top 3 favorite designs and the 5 designers who receive the most votes will be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
- 4 winners will be chosen by the Webkinz Newz Team. Sally, Mandy, Steve and I will each choose our favorite room design and the designers will be awarded a Room Design Trophy
- The 10th winner will be chosen by the Webkinz staff, here at Webkinz headquarters
Please take a look at each room design carefully. On Friday, November 29th, you’ll be asked to pick your top 3 favorites:
Congratulations to all 20 finalists… you have each made Webkinz History for being part of the Webkinz Room Design Awards! If you become one of the Room Design Award winners, you will be sent an email from the Webkinz social media team that will explain how to get your trophy… Good luck!
Remember, you can start voting on Friday, November 29th and we will be posting the results on Monday, December 2nd.

Thank you so much for choosing Best Friends Café as a finalist. I was thinking about how friendly the webkinz world is when I put everything together. However my personal favourites in this group are ones I somehow haven’t seen before: the Uptown Music Café by VBS123 (Our family loves music so we would definitely go there!) and Bubblilious’ Moving Day (We moved recently and your room brought back memories). Finally, still tickled by the Apple Processing Plant and the Thrift Shop. Congratulations to all the finalists. PS I think that you could have had a special category for the Halloween Rooms because every room I saw shone with creativity. Thanks, again. Traveller

Congratulations. I love your Thrift Store. Clever way to set up a storage room while using odd items from the dock.
I loved your clever use of so many different items we have won or purchased in WW. And your shop really was an accurate representation of a good thrift shop: well-organized and tidy with lots of interesting stuff. Congratulations!
