Safety Reminder: Only Purchase eStore points from the Ganz eStore

As we fast approach the holiday season, we just wanted to remind all of our Webkinz players to only purchase eStore points through the proper channels – either at ganzestore.com or directly from within webkinz.com.

We are aware that some sources claim to offer Ganz eStore points at a heavily discounted rate. These offers are not authorized by Ganz and will not be honored when problems arise.

Furthermore, we have improved our eStore system to better identify problematic eStore Point purchases. If these improperly acquired eStore points end up on your eStore or Webkinz account, you run the risk of having those accounts shut down and losing everything that those accounts contain.

And that just isn’t worth it. The Ganz eStore regularly has amazing sales on eStore points, pets and Deluxe Membership. If you visit regularly you’re sure to find the deal you are looking for, with the knowledge that your accounts are safe and sound.

Didn’t even know this was going on. It’s sad that people will cheat to get eStore points; Webkinz deserves (and probably needs) the money :( I don’t feel bad at all spending $10-$20 a month on eStore points. Anything to support my favorite website <3

Hey, Ganz!! Thanks for the safety reminder!! But, I wanted to ask you a favor to at least consider. Please, bring back Debbie Dragon the airport worker! She’s been gone for almost five years and I feel like it would be an improvment to get her back into the system. Thank you!
