I can’t believe it! I logged on the 29th but I missed the event! I haven’t been on Webkinz Newz for a long time… Hope you make another KinzvilleHangout soon so I can be there with one of my babies! Also had the problem with the Material Pick Pack, but I know you’ll fix it in no time! I didn’t get my Christmas emoji either. :( Best of luck fixing things!
My sister and I didn’t get the Christmas emojis on our accounts either.
I didn’t either. Sad.
Why are my material boxes not working??? I can open them, but it won’t allow me to select anything. When I try to click something, the carousel of items goes away, the box is still sitting in the room, and the items I wanted are not in my dock. Does anyone know what’s going on??
It’s been reported, so hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.

My mom was playing for the first time in months and happened to be in the park where Mandy and Sally were! It was pretty funny though.. Me: “Look, those are the people who work at Webkinz” mom: “How do you know?” Me: “because they said so” Mom: “maybe I should say I work at Webkinz” *leaves the park* Me: .-.

Are there any updates on what can/is/will be done for those of us who signed into Next, claimed, AND opened our box on Christmas day but didn’t get either the fruit cake recipe or the emoji that the announcements promised? Several others users reported the same issue on Mayor Quack’s Christmas greetings post but I haven’t seen anything since so was wondering what I might need to do to get my missing items?

Fruitcake recipe should now be there when you click your stove (it was mislabeled nachos) also they are looking into the emoji .
Hey there @Blue57Star! Are you sure that you didn’t get the fruit cake recipe? For about 12 hours after I received the Christmas gift, the recipe was showing up as another deluxe nachos recipe, but all the ingredients were different. I made it on two accounts that had enough sugar, and it turned out just fine. When I logged in 24 hours later, the picture was corrected to show fruitcake. I think the staff already know about the missing emoji and will probably work on it when they get back from Christmas vacation.
Thank you for the reminder to check my stove again, I do now have the recipe, and it makes fruitcake! I’d assumed it was more permanently broken as a couple of days ago it showed Deluxe Nachos and when I made it then, it really was deluxe nachos. Hopefully the emoji will get fixed in the new year.
Oh, my goodness! Sally’s Avatar Cat is all grown up and has a baby of her own! I love the video where Sally Webkinz goes from a baby to a kid! I was SO excited when one of the babies that I sparked was a purple kitten! I’m so sad that I will be at work today though! Tell them that I said hello!

Wonder why they never visit Classic?
The platform for Classic may not support such an event. That’s why they launched Next, to be able to do many of the things that the players…and they…wanted to do. I was actually surprised that they were able to arrange it so that we could send items from Next to Classic. That was an unexpected surprise!
What about just going to the clubhouse to chat?
Because each room only holds 10 pets. And the Kinzville Park only holds 40 pets.
