Sell a common gem to Amanda Panda

I admit that I rarely remember whether something is common or not, so I tend to keep this Gem Hunt Showcase bookmarked so quickly determine which gem is which. If you get a common gem, sell it to Amanda to complete this task. And if you ever are in a situation where it says you’ve already mined for the day and you know you haven’t… go talk to Amanda. Odds are you have an unresolved gem and you need to clear that before you can go mining again.

Collect the floating Magic W three times

The Magic W floats by randomly as you’re doing other things. You can collect up to 3 in a day, so you could finish this in one shot if you spend enough time playing. Otherwise, you have three weeks to collect them, so this shouldn’t be difficult.

Collect a Material Pick Pack 5 times

Look for the vending machine outside of the Curio Shop in Kinzville and tap the blue gift box to add it to your dock. You can only collect this once per day, so this task will take 5 days.

Get 500+ on Tile Towers 5 times

Select Tile Towers from the Arcade game list — a score of 500 can be achieved on the first board without clearing it completely, so it should be a nice easy one to get.

Spin the Wheel of WOW in the Arcade 5 times

Might as well be rewarded for something you’re doing anyway! The Wheel of WOW in Kinzville does not count towards this task, so it will take at least 5 days to complete.

Spend 100 KinzCash at Will’s Pantry at the Farmer’s Market

It’s Thursday, so you can head to the Farmer’s Market today to get started on this task. It’ll take at least two visits to spend that much KinzCash, so check again on Sunday and/or Tuesday.

Have your baby or kid return from Daycare

Send your baby or kid to daycare to satisfy this task. Your baby or kid must have room in their growth meter to go to daycare. You have to have your own baby or kid to do this task — you can’t borrow a friend’s.

Earn 100 KinzCash playing Kinzville Pinball

Head the Arcade and choose Kinzville Pinball! This is a cumulative task, so even if this isn’t your best game, you can take your time and earn a few KinzCash at a time. With practice, you’ll get better!

Complete 2 full days of classes at the Kinzville Academy

Head to the Kinzville Academy and take all three classes and the pop quiz — do this on two different days to satisfy this task.

Use a pet effect on 3 different days

You get free pet effects for logging in regularly, and getting your face painted at the Farmer’s Market counts, too! Make sure you do it on separate days — using an effect on more than one pet on a day will not satisfy this task faster.

I like to play Pinball but usually do not play the Kinzville Pinball Game very often because with the grey of the ball and all of the same or similar shades of grey in the field / background of the game, it is very hard for me to see and track the moving ball. I was a bit disappointed when it came out because it isn’t very colorful, and I wish there were more targets in the center of the game instead of it being of it being open in the middle of the field. Hello. I don’t know if it’s just me, or if other players have also been having an issue, so I thought I would post here first. If it’s just me, I will send an email to support. Today on Next on my main account, when I first logged in, most of the stuff in my nursery was missing (just that one room) including my kid who I had sent to daycare yesterday to fulfill the season challenge. (the teddy bear marking his spot was gone) The game was saying that he was back from daycare, and has now leveled up and is ready to become a grown up, but he was completely invisible. I went to check my other properties to make sure that everything was okay there. When I came back all of the nursery items were back in there place, including my little gingerbread puppy kid, right on the cushion of the pillow fort where I had left him. The problem that I have now is that the trip to daycare didn’t count for the challenge (no points were awarded) and all of my kids and babies are now ready to grow up. Please let me know how I can at least get credit for the trip to daycare yesterday. Thank you for any assistance you can give!

Love these helps for each week. My biggest issue is how long it takes to load games, rooms and locations on Next during play. I’m fortunate the game usually does load (I’m a mac player) but it’s a real time gobbler when you have to jump from home to Kinzville frequently. Also would like the high kinzcash pet requests reduced. I am daily forced to spend hundreds of kinzcash if I want to fill pet requests in a timely manner.

I can’t believe it’s already week 3 this season and I still have not been able to access the log in screen to play at all. I sure wish the gremlins in my system would take a break and let me access my Next account to play.

Hi @BH1464. I am so sorry that you are still struggling with this. I wish that I was a tech-minded person so I would have a good usable suggestion. I’m sure that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Webkinz Next app. I play on a desktop, non-apple computer. We don’t have many issues. When we do, we reboot the computer, or turn off the router and let it rest and reset for a few minutes and then turn it all back on. I have different family members who sometimes complain about slow game play on other games, and it has been recommended that they plug in directly to the modem (we have an all-in-one gateway), rather that gaming on wi-fi for fastest response time. Other than those tips, I wish that I could send a tech to you to address your specific issue. Being unable to access Webkinz World for any amount of time can be very frustrating and discouraging, as it is a great way to relax and unwind. I am praying that you are able to reconnect soon! Your friend ~ kalcan8! (Hope Snowflower)

Thanks Kalcan8. You’re such a good Webkinz friend. I also play on a desktop, non-apple computer and it’s the only thing connected to my modem. I have, in fact, uninstalled and re-installed Webkinz Next multiple times to no avail. Thank you so much for your kind words of support. It does help to know others care. I really appreciate your Webkinz friendship. Thanks again.

Oh no, this must be terrible for you, I hope it will be fixed soon. Is it just Next or also other websites that you can’t access?

      • BH1464 says:

Just Webkinz Next. Which is why it is so strange and difficult to figure out. I’ve spoken with many people who are much more tech savvy than I am including, both of my sons, (one of them works in cyber security), the Webkinz team, my internet provider’s technician while he was here at my home checking out my system, and many others. I have tried everything that any of these tech wizards have suggested. So far, nothing helps. Every once in a while, the gremlins in my system decide to load the log-in screen and I can play on Next. However, the last time that happened, I was kicked out of the site within 5 minutes of logging in to play. That was over 3 weeks ago and I’ve not been able to get the log-in screen to load again since then. Thank you for your kind words. It helps to know people care.
