Week 4
- Earn 150 Ribbons at the Kinzville Academy
- Beat level 2 on Triple Strike Solitaire 5 times
- Harvest any 10 crops
- Earn 150 KinzCash in Wacky Zingoz
- Collect 4 Material Pick Packs from the Vending Machine
- Complete the Gem Hunt 5 times
- Have your baby or kid return from Daycare
- Update your house’s exterior
- Visit a friend’s house on two different days
- Accept someone’s invitation to play
Earn 150 Ribbons at the Kinzville Academy
Head to the Kinzville Academy and complete classtime to earn Ribbons. You can earn a maximum of 36 Ribbons per classtime if you get an A+ for each class and the pop quiz. Ribbons earned from the Season and the Wheel of WOW also count towards this task.
Beat level 2 on Triple Strike Solitaire 5 times
Head to the Arcade, tap on any Arcade unti and select Triple Strike Solitare from the list. Get to level 3 on five games to complete this task.
Harvest any 10 crops
Harvest 10 ground or potted crop sto complete this task.
Earn 150 KinzCash in Wacky Zingoz
Head to the Arcade, tap on any Arcade unit and select Wacky Zingoz from the list. Play as many games as is needed to earn 150 KinzCash.
Collect 4 Material Pick Packs from the Vending Machine
Look for the vending machine in Kinzville, outside of the Curio Shop. Tap on the box above it to collect your daily Material Pick Pack.
Complete the Gem Hunt 5 times
Enter the mines and hunt for sparkling rocks. With the update to the graphics, you will need to get closer to the rocks to see them sparkle. If you have a pet with level 5 Mining ability, you can complete this task in 3 days.
Have your baby or kid return from Daycare
Send your baby or kid to Daycare if they still need growth moments. The task will complete when they come back. Babies and kids with full growth meters cannot go to Daycare.
Update your house’s exterior
Tap on the Properties button at the top left and then tap the Edit button below the current property. Look for the tab with the outside wallpapers and tap on it to see your available exteriors. Select a different one and confirm to save the changes and complete the task.
Visit a friend’s house on two different days
Tap on the Friend Center and look at your Friend List. Find a friend with visiting allowed and tap the Visit Home button. Do this on two different days to complete the task.
Accept someone’s invitation to play
When you get a request from a friend, accept it! Why not send them a request when you get there?

Today only, collectors can get the Moonlight Elephant bundle at the eStore. Also, the twilight and moonlight pets are available with premium eStore points purchases. They are all such special pets (the Twilight Doe is gorgeous!) While I can’t afford any of them, it makes me feel so special that these limited edition pets come out every year right around my birthday. And they are all purple ~ my favorite color. LOL! Collectors, go snap up these pets! I’m literally celebrating right along with you!
I for one find the new visuals stunning. The water effect is amazing, foot glitter so much prettier, the detail so much clearer. Just WOW! The mine is very dark but I had no problem finding gems. That is the only visual so far that could be improved. I’m on a mac laptop. My desk tops are too old and slow to run the game.
Mining for gems is awful. I get motion sick and could cope with the previous set up because I could see in advance which rocks held gems and go direct to them. Now I have to go round the whole cavern and it is making me ill. I have a pet that can mine twice a day so it is twice as bad. I may have to give up mining altogether.
I find the new mining experience to be really unpleasant. It is so dark & uninviting & takes too much time. I’m sorry change was necessary.
I agree. The mine are too dark and the mushroom room is less magical. On a positive note, I love the blue water at the lakeside cottage! That used to look murky. It’s much better now! I find that the vacation island has some issues when making purchases at Sheldon’s booth and the tiki hut. The water also seems less realistic. It’s fun to have Sheldon there though. And, I just noticed a few minutes ago that my aquariums all look strange. They are kinda whiteish. I can’t see the fish. This is a big disappointment for me. I know it takes time to work out the kinks. I have my fingers crossed. I really preferred the aquariums before the update. ;)
I could not find a single gem yesterday after the update and I didn’t understand why it had to change AGAIN. I also tried to get to vacation island and was not successful, because everything (also every game and every little thing) kept loading and loading and loading and nothing really happenend.
I understand why routine updates are necessary, but I don’t understand the mechanics. Why are things that were perfectly fine changed after the update? The mine is currently so dark that it is difficult to mine for gems. The cavern with the waterfalls and the pirate’s chest has never been brighter though, so there’s that…
Sorry, Sally Webkinz. I didn’t know where to put the question/observation above, but I don’t mean to take away from your helpful article. Thank you for taking the time and effort to share a week 4 guide. Your guides are always so thorough and appreciated!
This update was required so that the game would continue to be supported by Unity.
Thank you! Unity needs to come over to Webkinz and install some better lighting in the caves that are now darkened due to needing their support. LOL!

Wondering if anybody noticed the new update does anybody have an issue? The minds are off Bengals games is so off in color. You can’t even see the crystal ball no more just the balls rolling on whatever nothing that’s showing the zoo. It’s like this whole game just expanded in length That the zoom lens that makes certain things closer for me when planning I can barely touch it. it’s like a disappeared up more up and a left hand up corner in the museum logo that I can’t even touch. It’s like more. It’s like you hold this game just expand it. What happened?
Webkinz Next will not load on my laptop or apple after the update, please fix
I’ve had a couple of crashes with the ‘blue screen of death’ and had to force a restart on my laptop, which I would prefer not to have to do, as Task Manager wouldn’t come up. That never used to happen.
Since the last update, my account stopped loading. It will log in but not load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn’t work. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue before I email the “fix it folks”.
apparently you must be patient. Loading times are incredible now. Wait for an hour and see if it loaded. Every time my pet has a request and wants to play a game, it loads forever, and when I finally get to play the game, the request is over and I have to wait for the next request, because, as I criticised like a thousand of times, we can’t actively fill our pet’s hearts. It is so frustrating.
Couldn’t log in this morning, the time kept getting pushed for the update. Now can’t get in at all…loading scene just sits there. I really wish these big updates could maybe not be during seasons when we really can’t miss a day?
Hi, sorry, don’t know where to post or ask, but I bought a season pass this morning after updates, that I thought didn’t go through, so I bought it again. Neither went through to my account but the apple pay $ from my account is gone and I have 2 receipts. Who should I contact or will it if go to my account, and save the other for next season …. please help :)
Send in-game feedback. Sometimes the store doesn’t talk to the game, so you could also try tapping on the Diamond icon to force the app store to communicate with the game.
I have a question, if anyone knows the answer, was the T-Rex like the one in Amanda’s Curio Shop offered in game in the past? Seems like I saw one in a user’s room at some point, but can’t remember for sure.
Yes, it was available for all players to collect as a tier 25 prize for the Collecting Kinzville Season released on February 18, 2024. Hope this helps!
