I think it’s a cat-meow!
Man.. this is really hard! All I can think of is a panda with a red heart over its eye.
I think this one might be new new valentine kitty since it has the smitten in it so I assume it has to be some kind of a cat or kitten for Valentine’s Day. It could be a Valentine Fox since the head were the eye is look more like fox or a wolf anyway.
