I believe it’s actually called an alicorn, not a unisus. But I understand what you mean! =D
That’s a really cool idea! I hope they do make one, because that would be an amazing pet. :D Plus, it would be in plush form, instead of online form as they did with the other two unisus, or alicorns.

I believe that it is a horse or pony.
Oah! It looks fluffy! My best guess would be a horse! The eye looks like a horse, the first picture looks like some sort of blaze on the horse’s head, the last picture looks like its mane, and the third picture looks like its coat. I feel like it might be some sort of pink pinto… Definately a type of horse, though (:
