I know that eye and eyelash! They look exactly like the Sapphire Pegasus’! Could this pet be a wintery pegasus? Or a unicorn? That would be AWESOME!! (And my horses would like it a bunch!) :D
A frosty pegasus, or something like it would make sense, as I get the impression it’s a fantasy pet.
