Sparkling googles

Is the black dot it’s eye or it’s nose? If it is it’s eye I think it could be a googles. If it is it’s nose I think it is some type of dog, cat, or horse.
It also might be a seagull.
Could it be a golden googles? I can’t figure out where the black fur fits in, though. Unless it’s a penguin. But the eye/nose picture doesn’t look right for a penguin.
That’s what I’ve been thinking too! I’ve been thinking Googles (I hope that too!), but I don’t see how the black fur fits in.
