Ok so here is what I think lol :D Sorry to all the hopefuls that this is a horse but look at that nose LOL!! That is not a horse nose XD!! It for sure looks like a dog of some sort again (sadly not an American Bull Dog) :( Anyhow I am going to guess a Collie of some sort.

They released a Corgi in 2012. Maybe, Like a lot of the pets they are revisiting, they are making a newer plush version of a Corgi. Like maybe the Cardi Corgi which has a longer tail and is a bit bigger than the Pembroke.
