Hey there trophy collectors! The Dashing Dolphin Trophy Challenge returns to Webkinz World on Monday, February 22nd, and players who complete the challenge by Sunday, February 28th, will win some cool prizes!
But don’t leave this challenge until the last minute… some tasks will take some time to complete.
Here’s how to play: Starting on Monday, February 22nd, look for the Dashing Dolphin Trophy Challenge icon in your pet’s room. It will be displayed along the left side of the room (Webkinz Classic desktop app only):
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, February 28th (EST) to earn all the prizes:
- Complete 3 Agility Classes at the Kinzville Academy
- Earn 120 KinzCash playing Dashing Dolphin at the Arcade
- Spin the Wheel of WOW 4 times
You will need a Deluxe Membership in order to play Dashing Dolphin in the Arcade. Not a Deluxe Member? Join before the 28th in order to complete the Dashing Dolphin Trophy Challenge!
Complete all the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win a Beach Party Poster, along with a Dashing Dolphin Trophy!

Oh boy, this game is way too hard for me. I can’t get more than 1 Kinzcash. Sad :(
I can’t play this game at all!! I end up going backwards thru the game instead of forward. I don’t even bother to try to play anymore.

Here’s the problem, there is no way I will be able to do the Agility Classes, in fact, I can’t play any of the Physical Classes at the Kinzville Academy. For what ever reason, the movements of the game are so fast that I can’t control the mouse on my computer. I can not even play some of the jobs at the Employment Office. Frankly, I think it’s wrong that players are forced to “play” the Physical section at the Kinzville Academy just so they can complete certain “jobs” at the Employment Office. This game is NOT real life, so why can’t we just pick the jobs we enjoy playing, or want to play? It makes NO sense! I can’t play this Dashing Dolphin Trophy Challenge because I can NOT play the Agility Classes!!!! Either fix whatever the problem is with the Physical Classes, or stop making them a “must play” for doing jobs or challenges! :-(
Hey there alucard. I am not sure, but maybe it will count if you just try the Agility class, even if you don’t pass it. I struggle at the higher levels of that class, and find that I fail twice as often as I pass, so depending on which pet I’m using and their level at the Academy, I might be failing them all too. None of my pets have their diploma because I can’t get through the Strength class, even with help from my family members. The meter doesn’t always stop right when you click the mouse and therefore the highest levels are impossible. I would love the dolphin trophy because dolphins are my favorite animal, but I am rubbish at the Dashing Dolphins game, so it is very unlikely that it will happen. (If I earn 2-4 KC per game, that’s 60-30 games that I would need to play to get enough to win this trophy. So how bad do I want to get it?) I’ll let you know if I actually get there!

Hi, Beckinz8! I’m having the same issues you are with the Strength class. The meter never stops when I click the mouse. And, just trying the Agility class doesn’t count, at least that has been what has happened to me before. If a challenge says “Attempt”, they will usually count it, but if it says “Complete”, as this one does for the Agility class, it most likely won’t count. I haven’t been able to play any of the Physical Classes in a long time, nor am I good at games like Dashing Dolphins. I usually just skip these games, like I do with Tournament games, even if I really want the prizes. It’s sad, but better than being stressed out and still losing the challenge anyway, which I’ve done many times. I will be keeping my fingers crossed that you will win the Dashing Dolphin Trophy! Maybe it will help to use the arrow keys on the keyboard for the agility class.
Hey @alucard! You may be in luck! I just did the Agility class for the trophy challenge with three of my younger pets and while they each passed, the challenge icon registered that I had achieved that part of the requirement just when I started the third class, not when I completed it. So, from that I gather that if you just sign up for and start three Agility classes, then it should count for the trophy challenge. Please at least give it a go! I am going to go read more tips on how to improve my game play at Dashing Dolphins so I at least have a fighting chance. Best of luck!!

I should start practicing this – I have not played this game since the last time it was a trophy challenge, and that was over 4 years ago. Yes, this is a difficult game – I find it hard to control the dolphin. My best tips are to ignore the hoops – it is NOT necessary to go through the hoops to pass the level – you just get a few bonus points if you do. It is more important to break all the nets before your time runs out. Use the currents to your advantage and kind of ride the slipstream to the nets. alphaowlbear when dashing dolphins was the game of the day, I almost made it to level 5.
