Look for fall leaves floating across your screen during Fall Fest, and click on them to win prizes for your pets! This year’s event runs from September 18 – 30, on Webkinz Classic, so play every day for the chance to collect as many prizes as you can (limited to 5 prizes a day for free players, 6 for full and 7 for Deluxe).

If you want the chance to catch Fall Fest leaves while you are playing at the Webkinz Classic Games Arcade, open and close the WShop while you are playing a game, and you’ll start seeing them as you play!
Bottles of 2023 Fall Fest Soda will also be available at the WShop for eStore Points during Fall Fest. You’ll find them in the NEW & PROMOS section of the shop, starting on September 18.
Every time you feed your pet a bottle of Fall Fest Soda, you’ll win a prize! You’ll also have the chance to win this year’s grand prize: An Apple Cider Dispenser:

Everything is great! My pets love rocking chairs. The guitar is cool. I would like to have the wacky candy corn plush and fresh apple cider dispenser, but I’m saving my points for a wacky s’more dispenser.
Is anybody having trouble contacting customer support for webkinz or ganz estore customer support.. having trouble with 2 of my 5 deluxe accounts, cannot contact either customer supports.

what is going on with webkinz customer support and ganz e store customer support. can not reach them by phone, or email? email shows error and phone directs you to email. cannot access either.
