This is a bit unrelated, but for the Redwood Fence in the shop, I bought it, but it is not locked in the store. I thought something was wrong so I tried to buy it a second time, but the item is still not locked in the store for me. When I tried to edit my property, it said that I owned two of the Redwood fence.

I have tried it on my phone, iPad, and desktop and all of them kick me out immediately of the entire Webkinz game.
This is what happens when I try to play Tile Towers.
Same. Someone also posted about it on Twitter. You are not the only 1, others are also not able to play Tile Towers since the update. It would be nice to know that the issue is being worked on or at least an acknowledgement that there is a problem with the game. All we can do is keep telling them it is not working so they can fix it. The problem is not on your end, trust me others can’t play Tile Towers either. Please fix the game because some of us play it daily to earn Kinzcash.
can you help me i play classic allot, i have been on next, it was doing good but each time, they have an update or a problem with the season thing, i cant load the game, or it says lost connection, i have a desktop what can i use to play next and classic on, i can play only classic on phone, i have to get a new device i guess for both, what do you suggest, how do you play next on the phone, thanks, i need help. i thought it was just me. have a happy holiday season, thanks
oh hi me again–hey is anyone else experiencing this: when on NEXT and go to my house, the room becomes black-screen!?! (i can still go to the common areas, btw, such as the Curio Shop, etc. Also, i have tried getting out completely and logging back on to NEXT–still same). yikes…should i contact customer service or are you already aware of such issue? thanks so much & best, k.

I lost two days of this current season because of the update glitch and now will be 10 points off from getting the grand prize that I worked hard to receive when this season ends. I can’t help but feel cheated. :( Is there anything Ganz plans on doing to compensate Android players for not being able to earn our daily season points?

It says the Ferris Wheel is the grand prize.
But that says it is for the Season Pass not the FREE

I have tried it on my phone, iPad, and desktop and none of the Tile Towers games work. All log me out back to my homescreen.
My Tile Towers has been working just fine.
I have a Dell computer that uses windows. And I have an ipad. I can play tile towers on both.
I guess your just lucky because a lot of us can’t play Tile Towers. I can not on the newest IPad I just bought and it logs me out on my Dell computer running Windows 10.

It closed the app for me on both an iPad Pro and my MacBook Pro laptop.
