Can someone please explain to me how the peek a newz works? because I was really excited for January’s but I didn’t really understand how to do it. If someone could explain to me how it works I would be very grateful.
Hello Ruby09, Hover over Contests until you see the dropdown with Events…Click on that which will take you to the page with Pet of the Month article, click on the article and then click on the ‘enter contest’ it will take you back to the WKN main page – keep looking for the ‘pet’ hiding around the top of the page (once it is fully loaded with ads), you can check different pages/articles to look for the pet which randomly shows up on different pages.
pecaroma is right. If you actually start the event my clicking on the Enter Contest button it makes it really easy to find the peeking pet. Sometimes you get lucky and the pet shows up right away when you log onto the Newz Page but generally it’s easier to start the event.
Do I have to click the “Enter Contest” button every day or am I automatically in once I click it once?

I love all the prizes! I have a room that I call ‘All that sparkles’ that has all my gemstone tiles in it, and getting more would be wonderful! I also love the new votive as I love candles in my own home, and am happy I can add them to my webkinz rooms! Thank you webkinz/gang workers!

LOVE the new Amethyst votive! That’s my birthstone! Love all the birthstone items. Hope this means we will be seeing a new birthstone votive each month! I LOVE the new Sunny Lounger!!! Hope this means a whole new room theme! I have really been loving all these new room themes, the green leaf tile (can’t remember the exact name), and the Soft Grey Room theme. I just wish that they would make it where these room theme items would show up more often in the prize boxes! I takes forever to get an item, and sometime you get only one. I don’t want a whole bunch of each single item, just two, or maybe three, so I can share with another Webkinz Friend. The Sweetheart bed, which I have a couple of already, is really a nice bed, so that’s a good prize to get, but…the rest of the prizes are “okay”, I guess. I wish there weren’t so many other prizes, so we would have a better chance at getting the new room theme item and votive candle. Still…I’m REALLY happy about the new lounger and candle! :-)
That’s what I was wondering. Are we heading into a new room theme or is this just a special for St. Valentine’s Day? I’m really hoping for at least 1 each of the new items as it looks like they will go well with the other new items from the Collections event. I need to switch around some rooms to ad a fifth Valentine room to my house! So many pretty things each year!

Hi, Nanamama12! Wouldn’t it be cool if for one year the prizes for each individual month were all birthstone related. Like for February, it would be amethyst gem items like belts, sunglasses, lamps, (things most of us have already), but also have things like amethyst clothing items, furniture, rugs, wall paper, flooring, windows, and so on. They could make it a “Gem Theme of The Month”! Personally, I think that would be really cool! :-) Think Ganz/Team Webkinz would like that idea? LOL! :-) Have a great weekend, nanamama12! :-)
