I agree 100% with you guys, it does really look like the Titanic! I love that movie, I always cry when I see it. and I have a question. this is my first time being a Deluxe Member so how do I renew my membership if I want it to keep going for another 3 months? if someone could help, that would be much appreciated.
If you are signed up for automatic renewal, you don’t need to do anything, it will just automatically renew for another 3 months. If you wish to change your deluxe membership to a year, or stop it, you need to contact Ganz. You can go to ganzestore and click on “manage account” and review your order history to cancel your subscription, and then you can always resubscribe or change the length of your subscription. It automatically renews. You should get an email. You can also use your ganz estore account to renew it.
Hi orange! I think it does look like the Titanic too! Hmm, you’re a Deluxe Member right now right? And you want to have your account renewed for 3 more months. Maybe you should wait until it expires and get an DM for 3 more month. I usually wait until mine expires and then get another DM for 12 months. (12 month is a year) I really don’t know that much. I’m sorry if none of my information helped. I hope you can find out soon!
