I bought a new membership on January 1st. My question is, my current deluxe membership is expiring on January 17. I don’t remember how to cancel the automatic deluxe membership from being charged on my credit card. I did not receive a notification in my email saying that my year is coming to an end. Can you refresh my memory on how to cancel the automatic renewal for deluxe? Thanks. I hope my question is clear enough. Ajoy65 :)
Log in to your Ganz eStore account and click on Active Membership Orders. You can cancel from there.
I was in Active Membership Orders and it said “No orders were found”. Could it be that I already cancelled the automatic deluxe membership renewal. I don’t remember doing it. But that’s not news here, I don’t remember much these days. Lol. Thanks, Ajoy65

Thanks Sally, problem solved. I contacted ganzestorecs and they responded soon after. Because I had used a code for Deluxe membership, this is why there will be no automatic membership renewal. This was the first time using a code, I didn’t realize this is how things were done. Thanks again for all your help. Ajoy65 :)
