Sneak Peek: July Deluxe Day!

 

Another Deluxe Day is coming on Wednesday, July 22nd! Once again, Deluxe Members will be able to log in and visit the Today’s Activities in order to receive a special prize: a Moon Globe! Also on the Today’s Activity schedule, there will be an entire day of fun and activities for Deluxe Members to enjoy!

    Ooh this is actually kinda cool! I Love space stuff! I was upset when I accidentally traded my blue and yellow space shuttle, that I had gotten in a trade myself. I kept trying to find another one and couldn’t – then Baker came out and I bought one and now I have a more realistic looking Space shuttle!! They had someone from the Neil Armstrong museum come to our library for a program – it was cool and I even got to try on an Astronauts helmet!!!

    Gennelle, I do not know where to go for help and I have observed that you seem to always know what to do fix other’s problems. I had hoped that after Tuesday my issues would be resolved, but alas they have not. Could you please help me with: not being able to access star search on any account, missing items still on all accounts, and items not being able to be placed in rooms in all accounts, items placed in rooms not actually sitting in the correct location but “green ok bar” denotes correct placement. I know, I have lots of issues lol. Any help would be so very much appreciated!!!

      Hello. Tuesday’s maintenance was for a server update but it also restored about 150 items that have been missing on everyone’s accounts since July 8. We’re currently working on restoring the rest of these missing items, and you’ll see them reappear in the next few weeks. When you’re having problems like you’ve described, the best thing to do is to clear your browser cache (go to your Options>History>Clear Cache). Also, ensure that you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. If you’re still experiencing problems after this, please contact our Customer Support team at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

        yes I have been having problems with my chat space on chat plus in the park and trading room, it will not let me type. if you have any suggestions on how I might be able to fix this, let me know! thanks.

          A couple of my dispensers are not working, either. I’ve cleared cache, cleaned files and I’ve tried all 3 of the major Browsers. I’ve also cleaned my registry, and I downloade and reinstalled Flash and Shockwave. Some items show up until you turn them to the side (TVs) and then they “half” disappear. Even items that are visible do not have the animation working. Sorry, not complaining, just bringing awareness so that it can be passed on to the programmers. Alsp, when filling my jumbleberry jars, my acct shuts down when I’m putting in the last berry. Then, when logging back on, the berry is gone. Also, please tell me the food meter has not been fixed yet. It is still going down way too quickly. Thank you for your help.

        Hi Gennelle, I know you folks have been undated with so many glitch questions/issues. I am noting different items in my rooms as not being what they are supposed to be. I have 5 accounts, so it is taking a while to get through each one. Shall I just send a list to webkinzsupport@ganz.com? Also the straight road pieces only face one direction now. And pleeeeeeease can you put arrows onto the house map as per previous; it’s almost impossible to get from one side of my “house” to the other. I have to jump through rooms, and in my mansions – tedious :(

          Yes, please send them a list. In the meantime, you should be able to click, hold and drag your way through your house map with your cursor.

            Thanks Gennelle. The click and hold thing works amazingly. :D Just another heads up, the pets are still unhappy in the dock. You put them there with the full heart and play with another pet, they still drop levels and become all sad looking. The food level still drops horrendously fast, and it doesn’t matter how much food you give them. In fact you can feed them so much, it says their tummy is full, but you can’t get them to show 100% level. All the pets I’ve played with so far are looking despondent. The ones I haven’t got around to playing with yet are still happy. I have 127 pets on one account. I have over 260 pets on five accounts, so that’s going to be a lot of unhappy :/

            I loved your messages to Gennelle. So cool to find out how to move from one side of house to the other. I’ve noticed i’m missing alot of items too but with 9accounts and over 300 pets Plus pages and pages of unused codes and a box of pets codes waiting to see if they’ll be POTM.

            i had to walk away before finishing.. Looks like everyone is bringing up all the major issues i’m having so no need to rehash it all. I just wish i could play with my pet longer without it constantly crashing and the long wait just to get page to unfreeze. Looking forward to the day that the new webkinz world functions like the old one.. Have a great birthday everyone celebrating and Thank you Gennelle!

    So cute! But it would’ve been cool if it was Pluto because of New Horizons! Still super excited to add to my space room :)

    I am Deluxe but would like to add deluxe as a spare for another account. Do I have to do this when I renew or can I do this now and not wait ??

      Gennelle The Hamster moon isn’t working right. I know the Moon Dragon is coming can we get a floor to match the ALYSSA challenge wall paper. The Alyssa paper doesn’t match perfect but its the closest to a space sky . A true night sky will have stars and shooting stars . I want to get another Moon super bed for this dragon . I hate the idea of the Art room black floor and covering the paint spots again . But it’s all I got to work with.

    Once again, I have no part in this, just commenting for the fun of it. Hey, deluxe day is the day before my birthday! My party’s on the Tuesday though, cause some friends couldn’t make Thursday, Plus, it wouldn’t be the same without them :) Happy Birthday to All in July!

    So glad that I was just upgraded to DELUXE yesterday!!! I’ve been waiting a long time… Hey Gennelle, with my upgrade I don’t know how to access my Golden Fawn. I don’t even have a code for it! Please help me!

      You can check the E-STORE history as long as its not amazon purchase ;) . Log the pet in the adoption area like normal . Codef for other stuff go in the code shop but pets it’s always been adoption area.

      Step 1: Did you print out the papers saying deluxe membership code, and on top it says Order Complete in bold letters? If so proceed to step two. If not go to your e-mail and look for this e-mailer- noreply@ganzestore.com. Open e-mail and print it if says pet code and other information as stated above. Step 2: On the first page of the printed e-mail (Which is printed from the e-mail message sent to you from Ganz estore) you will find an image of the complimentary virtual pet that you earn for upgrading to a year of Deluxe Membership. Beside the picture is the code. Go to Ms. Birdy and Enter. Step 3: Have Fun With Your New Pet!!! =D I really hope that this helps, I was confused when I first got deluxe too!! ~fluff54

      i had to call the estore to get my pet code. it doesn’t always show up in the email you get. if you signed up for the whole year, make sure you got your hot air balloon thing too. the very helpful ganz rep had to put it on my account since it didn’t show up automatically.

      Hi 13Ella13! I just renewed my deluxe about a week ago. I clouldn’t find my Golden Fawn Code anywhere. I called the help line for the estore and they told me there was a glitch in customers getting their codes and gave the code to me right away!!!!! I also did not get the Magic W Air Balloon gift and they added it to my dock right away. Hope this helps !!!!!

      Go to your manage accounts on your Estore account, I believe where you log-in should be where you can access your account. Good Luck!
