I actually saw them land on the moon. My mom let me stay home from school to see it was awesome ! Now we have photos from PLUTO and it shows it isn’t a dwarf planet but a real full fledged planet. New photos if it will be coming from space till Oct of 2016 its so far away but they are real clear !! OJ Gennelle I was wondering is the Moon Globe sendable ? I was thinking of sending it to my grandson.

I don’t like the new webkinz at all. Tons of stuff is missing, food, clothes, decorations and furniture. I feed my pets 14 or 15 items to get them full and it only lasts for about 4 – 5 minutes…then hunger goes to zero. I’ll be broke trying to keep them full. Also I have to put them to sleep while I’m playing or their energy level goes to zero. I have cleared my cache. I run windows 8 and flashplayer 10. I’m getting very frustrated.

Hi! I just signed up for a year of Deluxe yesterday and did not receive my Golden Fawn. I contact Customer Support, and they are apparently choosing not to get back to me. :| Some customer service, huh? Anyway, I bought the Deluxe membership on Amazon, but I’ll be EXTREMELY(!!!) dissatisfied if this means I don’t get my pet. Nowhere (at least, nowhere conspicuous enough) does it say I have to buy it on the eStore (which it turns out I couldn’t bypass anyway, since I had to make an account to redeem the code) to get the pet, and I spent just as much hard-earned money on this membership from amazon as I would’ve spent at the estore. So, Ganz customer support, I would REALLY like if we could make things right ASAP because I’m just about at my wit’s end with you.

I have a physical disability that significantly impedes my ability to talk on the phone. I sent an email to customer support and they are not getting back to me. Now what?
In that case, Customer Support is asking me to ask you to email them again at ganzestorecs@ganz.com and include the email address you use for your Ganz eStore account. They’re aware of the Golden Fawn glitch and can provide you with the code once they have the correct account information.

SADLY I got the “?” Surf Pool and as soon as I set it in an outside room it disapeared :( . No gray box I can walk on every inch of my room as well. I just wanted to let you know I will write customer service from here also.

I also was awarded mine, but it wasn’t even in the dock. I did check though and saw that it was on the list of missing items so Im thinking it will come when they get to the fix on S items. BTW Congrats.
I’m so excited for all the new Deluxe friends that joined my little Jossy this weekend! :) I’m wondering Gennelle, will a Kinzcash coin be available in the future for sale in the Estore? Little pinky “Jossy” as her webkinz now call her :) is going to be TEN this month, but isn’t there mentally. Together this weekend we sold off Rare items just to keep pets feed. The spa was great since it made them smile, and kept them happy. All the pets look unhappy. Its difficult to explain to a child who wants nothing more than to keep her animals happy. At this point I’m not on board with uploading more pets, since they’ll only more care and she’s only looking at it from a “kinzcash” point of view. HELP! mom wants to buy kinzcash!!!

I’ve noticed my pets that have had the hearts partially filled, or even fully filled, still look unhappy in the pet dock. I am not bothering with trying to keep them happy with food until that glitch has been rectified. The food levels are still dropping insanely fast, and even after 5 recipe foods, plus birthday cake and stuffing them until they are full, I can still only get their food level to about 85-90. I wouldn’t waste kinzcash and sell good items for food, it’s not worth it. Just tell your Jossy that because of all the new changes in Webkinz, it’s okay for the pets to look a little sad. Just have fun with the game, and not worry too much about the pets. Maybe convince Jossy that until the problem has been fixed, just keep the happiness level full, and make sure the pets get lots of sleep.
